What sets this shop apart is its clear communication, willingness to work through unique situations on a case-by-case basis, and honest, transparent approach to business. After one of my bikes was stolen from Prospect Park, Edge was able to track it down on Facebook Marketplace, a level of commitment you simply don't expect from a bike shop. Edgewares Customs is more than just a repair shop; it's a valuable resource for the local community. If you're a New Yorker looking for trustworthy expertise, reliable service, and education on e-bikes, micromobility, or bike maintenance, this is the place to go.
