This particular model is well known for having electrical issues and on more than one occasion I have been stranded mid-ride due to theses issues causing a dead battery. I reached out to Mark and he responded promptly and helped me come to grips with the situation and the options available. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and accommodated me bringing in the motorcycle ASAP. Mark even went out of his way to provide me with some options for towing my bike in. My interaction went exactly like this: "Hi, can I make an inspection appointment?" "Are you a customer here?" "I haven't brought this bike anywhere yet so I guess... no?" You get what you pay for here and that is great customer service, high quality repairs and expert knowledge. It's no wonder I saw about 4 other moped rider dropping off or picking up their bikes while I was there.. these guys know their stuff! Also, in case you're reading this and considering bringing in your moped... just know that they only work on actual oldschool mopeds (ie. with 2 stroke engines and pedals).
