Ordering food? Your average wait time is going to be 1 hour. I hope you are not hungry.

The person behind the register is so nice and so professional I really hate to say anything bad for this place. However, this place is NOT READY FOR BUSINESS!!!! it might have some potential, but it's going to take them a long time before they are ready. Here is our experience. We arrived at the place around 11:40 or so and the place is packed like a sardines can. However, no one in the restaurant is eating or even have food on the plate. I thought that was a bit weird. Until the wife went to order and we were told the food is freshly made, so it will take about 40 minutes or so. At that point I'm already wanting to leave but the wife missed the Japanese style pancakes so much so we stayed. We waited at our table for 1 hour and 12 minutes for 3 plates of food. People keep coming in during this whole time and the wait time is getting longer and longer. I counted about 50-60 customers walked in and about 40 of them left. 2 sets of people wanted their money back and a few sets of table were getting confused about their wrong orders. I do have to give credit to the guy behind the counter he is still keeping his cool and smile the whole time as he watch people $$$$ walking out . We waited about couple minutes pass 1 hour and the man behind the counter feels bad and gave us 2 cups of ice cream and told us the food will be ready shortly. The ice cream was not bad but nothing special about it. Now, we finally get the food. I got the Avocado Croffle Sandwich. After watching how the kitchen and drink crew like they just quit their IT job and started their new restaurant job for the first day I got a bad feeling about the food and I was right.....the meal looks good for picture but the avocado inside is all spoiled with black vain all over and the stem part was blended together in the sandwich. The salad I didn't touch it as I saw one of the crew wipe their nose and didn't wash their hand or change glove just went back to make the salad. My kids's pancake was somewhat a disaster as well. She told me she didn't want to eat it anymore because it is too crunchy and that's because of all the eggshells in the pancakes. It's somewhat worrying to watch the crew work. Lots of red flag all over food safety and proper training. Over all, place is clean and people is nice, but that alone is not going to make up for the ridiculous wait time, poor quality of food and extremely poor attention to detail. I might go back to give them one more chance but it's not going to be at least for another 6-8 months so they can find some real professional kitchen staff and train them properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO THERE RIGHT NOW.

Still looks good but the side sauce felt as if it was just pulled out a refrigerator...

I never usually write bad reviews. I love fluffy fluffy and think their pancakes are great at the Schaumburg location. The aurora location on the other hand was fairly disappointing. We got our food fast which I liked but then it was cold and they did not have as many options as the Schaumburg location, but it still tasted great. This all I could have dealt with but what got to me was that my silverwear was extremely dirty and when I handed it to the register she cleaned it with a napkin and tossed it back with the rest. Additionally there was one employee just sitting in the booths on his phone and since there was no music his phone was all we could hear. My food was 42 dollars and we only got 2 orders of pancakes and 1 drink. I would say it's way too expensive and not worth the money.

    Chocolate cheesecake!

This place is great! The pancakes and cheesecake...yummy! This a unique and different spot for breakfast or dessert. You need to try it out!

We ordered sunny side eggs with hash browns, Oreo pancakes, fries, a bagel with cream cheese, and Nutella French toast--and everything was absolutely delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the hash browns were crispy, and the Oreo pancakes were a fun and indulgent treat. The Nutella French toast was rich, sweet, and flavorful, and even the fries were fresh and well-seasoned. You can tell they care about both the food and the guests here. Great portions, great taste, and excellent service all around. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a solid breakfast in Aurora!

This place will probably become one of my favorites soon as the prices were quite fair for the huge portion size, the interior was comfortable, and all the options on their menu looked delicious. The service was also quick and friendly throughout and I was able to be seated without having to wait during the late morning. For me, the preparation is definitely in the zone of comfort food. The banana cream pie pancakes were creamy and rich without being excessively sweet. The banana flavor really came out well here and the pancakes were nice and fluffy with the slightest hint of malt. Similarly the chocolate chip pancakes were fairly loaded with chocolate chips on top, tied together with a strong dose of chocolate syrup. The meat lovers skillet was as advertised with plenty of cheese and potatoes and a mix of sausage, ham, and bacon. This wasn't overly salty or oily however despite all the components in the dish. The crispy chocolate peanut butter stuffed french toast was really a treat for the dessert lover in me. I was surprised at how crispy the dish was and I think that the peanut butter was slightly seared and a little melty which created a delicious combination right out of the kitchen. This really inspired me to try the standard stuffed and apple stuffed french toast as well, which I expect to prepared equally as well. Overall, great experience and great prices will have me coming back here in the future. It's not overly fancy, but the strong execution of breakfast favorites provide a satisfying experience.

The server seemed to expect we immediately would know what to order, however between the large menu and catching up with my friend, it took some time to decide. The restaurant wasn't busy, so there wasn't really a reason for him to rush us. Overall, nice, typical brunch restaurant.

Terrible. Go elsewhere or you'll be sorry!…read more I was in the area early one morning with my mom and sister so we decided to go for breakfast. I wanted to go to Cracker Barrel, but my sister wanted to try something new so we ended up at this restaurant. There was only one other patron eating when we arrived. Looking back, that should have been our first clue that this wasn't the place to be. Our server/hostess was nice but she literally only took order and brought us our food. I opted for the hash browns, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs and toast. First off, the toast was Texas Toast which was odd... it was much too thick, but it didn't matter because it was burnt. They also didn't put butter on it right when it came out of the toaster so it was dry and cold upon arrival to the table. The hash browns had no flavor, but the ketchup and salt/pepper helped make them edible. The eggs were okay as well, but the turkey bacon was gross. It tasted like rubber. I have no idea what brand it was, but it was obviously some cheap off brand. The orange juice was so bitter that I had to exchange it was apple juice. My mom had hash browns, eggs, sausage and pancakes. She didn't care for her food much either. My sister had the corned beef hash, eggs, hash browns, and toast. She loved the corned beef hash and thought everything else was okay. Ultimately, she agreed that we should have gone elsewhere. The restaurant was clean and quiet except for the noise from the television. The bill was about $50 for the three of us. The quality of the food is obviously lower tier. IHOP would've been a better choice and that's not even a place I'd ever even consider visiting.
