Worst cleaners in Upland!!! I tried out this cleaners for the first time to have a patch sewn on to my Dodgers World Series hoodie. I asked to not have my Dodgers World Series hoodie cleaned or steamed. I took the hoodie back to show her screw up. I showed her the receipt which I was charged for my hoodie being cleaned. She only offered me $20 for her mistake! I have over $300 in this hoodie. This hoodie will never be replaced. She does not take responsibility for her mistakes. Said they would reimburse me for them and then complained about not having a proper receipt because I only had screenshot of the order. Gave $75 of the $97 that they cost. Horrible experience. Last time I come here. First. They couldn't find my clothes. She looked and said "You have no items". I said yes I do. I brought them in this week and it was the first time I came here, that's why I'm registered in ur system. I described the pieces I had left about 4 times (6 pieces) and she kept asking me if it was 2 pieces. I kept saying no it's 5-6 pieces. After 15 min she pulls some clothes and asks if that was mine. I said yes. Well, it was under a completely different name! Then. The machine wasn't working! She tried 3 of my cards and nothing. She disconnected the machine over and over and punched in numbers for another 15min! So I walk across the parking to the ATM at the market. The ATM was out of order. So then I had to drive to CHASE! All my cards worked just fine there. I'm sorry but she should have gave a discount for the HUGE INCONVENIENCE! I had to check in to see if there was a disc I can get! I got a 10% discount but I should have for another for the mess. Also, this place is EXPENSIVE! My old place would charge me $5 for small sewn jobs. All I need was the straps at the shoulder sewed. It was almost $15 for that! Total came out to $67!!!! Ridiculous. Never again. My other cleaners charges half this amnt. I will stick to that place even I'm i have to drive a bit further read more

This place does a good job on cleaning, but their customer service is very low. A few months back they ruins a dress I bought in a boutique in San Diego for $100. When I got there and saw my dress, they began to show me online dresses costing $30.00 a piece. They would not apologize for the inconvenience. To get the full price I had to get a copy of the receipt from the store. Let's just say that is not very easy. It took evidence and a lot of persuasion for them to reimburse me the entire cost of the dress. Last week our clothes were not ready. After going back twice I asked for a discount for the inconvenience. They were not even willing to hear me out. I will not be going back to this cleaners even if they do a descent job on cleaning. Since they have changed hands they lost one of my husband's dress shirts for over a month and now they have ruined a brand new dress that had been worn once and refused to do anything about it. Dropped my dry cleaning off on a Thursday to have it done for a Monday pick up. They claim to be open from 7 to 7. Show up Monday at 4pm and they are closed. Called no answer. Checked back a few more times before 7 and they never opened. Wasn't able to pick up my clothes that I needed for work the next day. Luckily I had one extra shirt at home. Pick my clothes up the next and ask wtf? They just giggled and said "ya we were closed all day. We got alot of complaints. Haha. Sorry". F that. The location is convenient and they are reliable and consistent, always accommodating last minute requests and working with me to get tough stains out. I also love the alteration services. Sometimes, I'll save up my pants and bring them over just to get them all hemmed here because the prices and quality can't be beat! VERY disappointed in Flowers Fresh cleaners. I brought some little boys shirts in for a basic laundry cleaning, but they decided to dry clean the shirts instead and charge me $4.25 each for a little boys shirts. I told the lady these were to be laundry, basically in a few words she say to bad they are already dry cleaned. I will never go back again. So, FYI, make sure you make it VERY clear with them if you want laundry service or they will dry clean everything you have and charge you a fortune. read more

Back in the day this was a great place to take your clothes to. Now it's the worst place to go because no one really speaks English. You try to explain to them what exactly you want if you want your shirt a certain way or your pants pressed a certain way. All I've gotten is a smile and "ok" when I explain what I want. When I pick up my clothes its all wrong. When I explain my dissatisfaction all i get is a Ok OK, a short laugh, and a smile. WoW!!!! Really! They don't even bother to fix the problem or refund.... My dad got his dry cleaning done through Flower Fresh when we used to live down the street back in the early 90's. Since we've moved, I still bring all my dry cleaning here. My clothes are always clean and pressed and I've never had a problem where my clothes were not ready by the time they said it would be. I love their same day service. It's nice to know if I have an emergency, my dry cleaning can still be ready by 5pm the same day. Customer service is awesome. Some people might find the language barrier intimidating but I've never had any problems communicating what I would like done. They remember who I am and without asking, the rack is spinning and my cleaning is brought out. Their prices are the same as other dry cleaners, if not lower.
