Would have been happy to pay extra to have this done correctly. I did explicitly tell them, "no new piercings". This is perhaps my fault and a learning experience - materials like leather should be brought to a shop that specializes in leather. However, I would have rather them simply refuse to work on this item than create new holes in the item. I am not asking for anything - I will simply have this redone at a leather specializing shop. On another occasion, I brought in a shirt and a jacket that I thought needed to be altered to look better. The experience felt closer to a used car dealership than a Bespoke Tailor experience you see in movies. Nine weeks after being fitted I was texted to come in and try on my suit. It needed adjustments so it was another 4-5 weeks to pick up my suit. No text this time... I had to call and see if the suit was ready. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price. I am likely to purchase another MTM suit but my next purchase will be at Guffey's or another option. HKT missed an opportunity here to capture my repeat business.

The item that wasn't correct, even after showing how the original item looked when bringing it in, they denied that they did anything to the item and that's how I brought it in. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back as they tried to charge me for even correcting the issue and didn't take any accountability. They stated to me "this is not my problem" and to "speak to the manufacturer" which I'm not sure why they were saying to speak to the manufacturer on a brand new item when the item was not brought in that way. Additionally, You can also see regular pockets on the correct item (how it originally looked), I asked them then where are the pockets on the item that they tailored and they didn't have an answer (it's because they are now on the outside!!!). Please beware of this place as if they mess up your item, they charge you to fix it and try to gaslight you in how you brought it in, even with showing them proof. I would've been fine if they would've fixed it with no charge. I told them I didn't care how it happened, I just wanted my pants corrected. But don't try to gaslight me, insult my intelligence and try to charge me. You can see here in the picture that the pockets are now on the outside.
