I love Bloomingdale's and since I am in need of a dress for my nieces wedding we took the five hour drive to get to our closest store. Although they did not have my size I did find a dress. The sales associate ordered and had it sent to my home at no additional cost. It doesn't fit but I am confident I will lose the additional weight I put on from stress of my moving. Hubby saw a denim Ralph Lauren jacket he wanted but also didn't have in stock. Once we returned to Hilton Head I went to our local Ralph Lauren store and got it for him. Nice EL Specialist helped me find my favorite perfume in a smallest size. I don't need to carry heavy bottles or gallons of fragrance in my purse while I'm traveling. We found it. I was static and surprised about the low price. However, while sitting and drinking coffee at the Mall, I wanted to apply some perfume on myself. When I opened my package, I found out that she has sold me a travel size lotion. Went back to exchange it, but there was nothing available in a small size. She kept on trying to persuade me to purchase an oversized fragrance. I kept my lotion even she offered to refund my money. After considering the facts, I felt that she just wanted to make a sale, and thought that I wouldn't come back from the other side of Atlanta to exchange my purchase. If this didn't happen, I could have gone back and bought something else, since Estee Lauder had a pre-sale on purchases over $75 that includes a free gift. They could have shipped it to me.

I brought the clothes in bags bc: a) That's all I had. b) I needed enough bags for all of the designer clothes that I was ready to sell. She told me they don't usually accept clothes in plastic bags and to next time place them in something else. I felt so uncomfortable and like I was being chastised. Mind you, I am a grown woman, with a professional job, who owns my home and earns well into the six-figures. It kind of felt like she thought I found the bags off the street. Anyway, I'm actually hoping my items don't sell so I can take them back and sell them somewhere else. The store is in Buckhead, so I'm used to rude people, but bc of my profession I accumulated A LOT of very nice, high-end dresses, purses and shoes (I just finally decided to purge), so I would've done more business with the store, if I was treated better.
