Would have been happy to pay extra to have this done correctly. I did explicitly tell them, "no new piercings". This is perhaps my fault and a learning experience - materials like leather should be brought to a shop that specializes in leather. However, I would have rather them simply refuse to work on this item than create new holes in the item. I am not asking for anything - I will simply have this redone at a leather specializing shop. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price.
