We (I had the little one as my sidekick) notified her of our arrival & were kindly greeted at the door. I was pleased with her taking charge as to what alterations needed to be made on my jacket. She did the "original hem" on pants for me, did a super complicated evening gown alteration and adjusted my partner's tuxedo pants in a jiffy. She seems busy with customers and always seems to be working very hard. Given that, I appreciated she hustled on some of my urgent alteration requests because a dress shipping delay for a gala event I had.
