Nice tailor inside of perimeter mall. They're very accommodating. However, they are quite expensive.

They are my go to tailors in buckhead! The service the provide is always top notch and the quality of their work is, no pun intended, seamless! The price may be a little higher than other tailors, but you wont be disappointed in the outcome. I've had 2 suits and a tux I've tailored with them and they always get them done on time if not earlier! read more

I had a great experience with fixing the lining in my suit coat. The repair was excellent and the price point was reasonable. I highly recommend. read more

Mr. Guzman is quick efficient and did a great job. I recommend him if you want good work and don't have your own tailor.

Q Tailors have an incredibly thorough and quick-working staff who produce excellent results. I'm no stranger to having work done on both suits and tuxedos, as I've experienced rapid weight loss over the past year. I was incredibly impressed with not only the structural work that was performed by Q Tailors, but the speed in which they work. I would highly recommend for any highly important garments for quick and exceptional results. I will be returning to Q Tailors in the future for any tailoring needs! read more

I took the following to be tailored: 2 x Brooks Brothers Blazers 4 x selvedge denim jeans 4 x selvedge chinos ALL GOOD! I HIGHLY recommend!!! P.S. The owner worked for Gucci for over a decade. read more

Really frustrated and disappointed with the service and lack of care here. We were told the pants would be ready in a week. Upon arriving, they asked to give them 30 minutes. They rushed through a $600 pair of pants in 30 minutes and their work was a direct reflection of that. They knew I was disappointed with the result and acted like they couldn't fix them until after we paid then said we can bring them back "on another day" and they'd fix them.... please go somewhere else to get your clothes tailored that values your time and business. read more

I've found my tailor in Atlanta. Esteban and his daughter Paula run an amazing family owned and operated shop. They were quicker than anywhere else I've tried and their prices are ultra competitive. It feels like you are working with friends. They did an excellent job on a few suits I brought over (they even repaired an error that another tailor messed up). It was easy to communicate exactly how I wanted my suits to fit and these guys delivered. I will be using Esteban and his team from here on out. Thanks for the great service! read more

I've been going to Q Tailors for over 10 years and have followed them to their second location now in Phipps Plaza. Esteban the owner is amazing and he's trained his staff well. They all do great work. From altering formal attire like suits to less formal pieces like shirts and swimsuits. I am short so have to get everything tailored. They do a great job. Thank you so much! read more

Don't buy the best suit, buy the best Tailor. Q Tailor does a fantastic job and I go to them for everything I need tailored

I need a suit shortened and altered for a wedding that was in 13 days they were able to get the suit back to me with a perfect fit in 10 days. It was pricier than most but well worth the cost considering the quality and efficiency. read more

i dont recommend they had me waiting for a week for an outfit they never fixed ! i went in a week prior and they said on monday come . came monday ans they didnt even touch my pants they cheaply sewed them while i was standing in the dressing room. completely unprofessional and distasteful! they have promised me three dates and my clothes dont have anything . read more

I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only do they do exceptional work but they are fast and get it done every time I am in a pinch. I am also a perfectionist and they tolerate my nitpicking which is annoying to me I can only imagine how annoying it is for them. But they are kind and accommodating. If you want quality work Q Tailors is the place to go. read more

I have been going to this place for about 8 years. I only trust them with my alterations. They are fast and do immaculate work. I recently took my leather jacket in to be re-lined and I couldn't believe the care they took to replacing the original tags as well as repairing all of my pockets and adding another little hidden pocket for my cell phone. I would recommend this place to anyone who values their garments and wants it done right the first time. read more

My finance has athletic build and off the rack was horrible looking - even for designer brands. Received referral from retailer in the mall to bring his existing suits for tailoring. From big and boxy to modern and slim. It's about $150 to get your suit to exactly like magazine tailoring but it's worth it! Try it and you will see a big difference. Every man needs a good suit.. And a good tailor. read more

I am very thankful I found this business. They tailored my Hugo Boss suit that I had to buy oversized in order to fit my shoulders and tailored the entire suit for me. It turned out incredible and fit perfect the first time. I would highly recommend their services. I have already had two more sport coats tailored here and I plan on going back again. Fair prices and quality workmanship. They care about their craft. read more

The tailoring on your clothes will be second to none. However, make sure you Google and establish the going rate on the work you want done before leaving your clothes (this is good practice with any service). My latest experience motivated me to write a review. I bought three pair of jeans to Q Tailors to be hemmed and tapered and was quoted a price of $165 ($55 per pant). This price seem exorbitantly high so I consulted the Internet. After a little bit of research, the consensus was that the price should be around $30-$40. I returned, had a conversation with the cashier and she lowered the price to $120 ($40 per pant). However, the cashier stated that she would honor this price if I paid $120 in cash upfront. As I walked to the ATM to get cash, I began to feel like a sucker; the trust was gone. So I turned around, got my jeans, and went to another tailor. Long story short: Great work and craftsmanship on what they do. I would give them five stars but they lost the trust of this customer. read more

I love this place. Recently brought 4 shirts and pants tailored in under a week. The prices were very reasonable, the craftsmanship and detail were impeccable. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Excellent! I've tried other high-end tailors in Atlanta who charge more than Q for my suits, but are not as good. Highly recommend.

I've been in Atlanta for about 5 years. I spent the first 4 years going from tailor to tailor hoping to find the right match. About a year ago I found Esteban at Q Tailors in Phipps Plaza. My search for a quality tailor is over. This is my GO TO guy when I need it done right. I've taken 8 suits to him over the past few months. Gucci. Canali. Valentino. RL. I've lost a little weight recently so I wanted my suits 'slimmed up'. I've had the sleeves lengthened, the pants adjusted and excess material removed from the sleeves. Each time I've been to Estaban I've been happy with the results. This man knows how a suit is supposed to fit. I get the feeling he wouldn't let me walk out of there without getting the most out of the garments I bring him. Esteban and his team are very professional and conscientious. Doing business with them is always a pleasant experience. read more

The only tailor I use in Atlanta.

Came here to get a dress zipper fixed, they were the best price I could find in a 5 mile radius and that could get the job done on short notice. Drop off and pick up were easy and price paid was what was stated at the beginning. They encouraged to go into one of their fitting rooms to make sure the dress looked good and zipper worked. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs alterations or tailoring! read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this alterations place!! They are the BEST in Atlanta in my opinion! I drive from Alabama every time I need our clothes altered!! Esteban is ALWAYS spot on with our clothes being altered! The WHOLE staff is GREAT! read more

Overpriced and poor quality. I've had two disappointing experiences here. The first time they completely messed up the eye hook on a dress. When I came to try it the first time they seemed very confused about what I wanted- I wish they would've told me they couldn't do it from the start. I was willing to give them a second chance because my husband's family highly recommended them. First to hem a single layer of a dress was going to be $80!! I've paid that much at other locations to have multiple layers hemmed plus the waist and straps adjusted...I decided to just have my pants altered, and I go back a week later on the date designated on my ticket and they haven't started and tell me to come back in half an hour. Will not be returning here; there are much better places around Atlanta that charge less. read more

I've gotten over 30 shirts tailored and they did a great job. They recently tailored all the suits for my wedding and also did a good job. The only thing you have to be careful with is the pricing. Make sure you calculate the prices with them because there were mistakes made on mine. read more

I would give them a 5, but for their website. I'm petite with a very hourglass shape, so I am always needing to get things shortened or taken in. Q Tailors has always done a good job. From simple hems of casual clothes to full tailoring of a ball gown, they have always done an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. But, seriously, how hard is it to have a website that lists the correct hours? Their website says they are open til 9pm on Saturday, so I brave weekend traffic to get into Buckhead, brave weekend mall parking lot traffic, and head in, only to find them closed so I am going to have to do this whole thing again either tomorrow or next weekend. Apparently Yelp knows they close at 7, why doesn't their own website know this??!!! read more

I recently took an extremely nice sport coat to Q Tailors to have some major alterations performed after my father handed it down to me. Q was recommended to me by a friend after Neiman Marcus said the needed work couldn't be done and refused to work on it. To be fair, I don't blame them for not wanting to take responsibility for a $4000+ coat even though it was originally purchased from them years ago. Everything about my experience at Q was outstanding from the fitting to the finished product! The sport coat now looks like it was custom made for me and fits like a glove. The quality of the work is first class and it's done at a great price. I will be taking two more sport coats to Q in the near future. Obviously I highly recommend Q Tailors to anyone for any job big or small. read more

I highly recommend this tailor shop! Rachel re-worked my grandmother's wedding dress. Her work was impeccable at an affordable price. She went above and beyond with hand beading and helpful suggestions on fit. read more

This establishment's tailoring is undoubtedly good. My dissatisfaction lies in their customer service, however. I recently paid to have a gown altered and Q Tailor's did not reattach the lining of the gown properly. I paid for same day service for an event I was attending, so I did not have time to return to have them correct this oversight. Needless to say, I was mortified by the fact that my slip was showing all night. I returned to make them aware of this mistake and the front desk assistant, Anna, was aloof, lacked empathy, antagonistic, unapologetic, and left something to be desired to say the least. Esteban was not in at the time so I asked her to have him call me. She said he would, but I never received a call. I now go elsewhere for all of my tailoring needs. I encourage Q Tailor's to provide their front desk staff with the customer service training and/or supervision needed to avoid losing future business. read more

Q Tailors is now my go-to tailor in Atlanta. Esteban is awesome! For the record, I also love St. Marc on Peachtree, but the hours at Q Tailor are far more convenient! (Open daily!) Most importantly, the tailoring here is great! My clothes always come back the way I want them (or at least the way I asked them to be adjusted). The tailoring is neat, and of good quality. Esteban is very friendly, and no matter how busy the shop is, I always seem to be in and out in ten minutes or less. They are reliable, do a very good job of having my clothes ready when they say they will be ready. - As others have noted, they are a little bit expensive. However, I'm not really sure that's their fault. It's not their job to lower prices; it's our job as consumers to decide if we want to pay a stated price or go elsewhere, like we would do at any other shop. read more

Fast, professional service. It's right inside the mall next to Belk for those that can't find it - it's a bit tucked away

I have been using Q Tailors for my alteration needs for a few years now. If you are looking for the best in Atlanta, then look no further than Esteban Guzman! He is the owner and does an outstanding job. He will assist you in making sure everything is perfect and exactly how you like it. And when you pick up your items, he will make sure the fit is just right before you leave. I highly recommend Q Tailors! read more

Don't recommend this tailor. Nothing is ever done on time and when it is it isn't right. And then they rush it. It is not the cheapest either, and I expected much more. There are plenty of others in the Atlanta area I would recommend instead. read more

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to let others know about the dishonest business practices of Q-tailor. They recently altered a dress for me and gave me a receipt which stated $40. My husband went to pick up the dress, handed them the receipt with written price, and when they returned with the dress, someone had written below: $30 with a line below and then $70 (ie 40+30). He tried discussing the matter with them but they would not admit they changed the price. At this point, he had to pay the money in order to get my dress back but this behavior is unacceptable. My advice? If you must use this place, take a photo of your receipt beforehand so you won't get ripped off. Zero stars! read more
