Don't recommend this tailor. Nothing is ever done on time and when it is it isn't right. And then they rush it. It is not the cheapest either, and I expected much more. There are plenty of others in the Atlanta area I would recommend instead. read more

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to let others know about the dishonest business practices of Q-tailor. They recently altered a dress for me and gave me a receipt which stated $40. My husband went to pick up the dress, handed them the receipt with written price, and when they returned with the dress, someone had written below: $30 with a line below and then $70 (ie 40+30). He tried discussing the matter with them but they would not admit they changed the price. At this point, he had to pay the money in order to get my dress back but this behavior is unacceptable. My advice? If you must use this place, take a photo of your receipt beforehand so you won't get ripped off. Zero stars! read more

I don't see how this place is rated so high! They didn't do the work as promised: first, they couldn't find my dresses even though they had the ticket stub. And then, one of my dresses, ( my favorite one), wasn't ready. In fact, they gave it back to me wrinkled and dirty. I will not be using their services again! read more

Great experience! Went to get a new pant hemmed and have the crotch area adjusted. Staff was knowledgable, friendly and fast. The work was completed by the guarantee date. Esteban is awesome!! Hubby had to take an extremely ill fitting suit here that he had to purchase as a groomsmen. I mean this thing looked ridiculous. It took less than 10 mins for Esteban to pin him up and told us to come back in a week. Went yesterday to pick it up and he did amazing work. its a shame that I had to even give a star. the service was horrible. when I came into the shop, I had to wait until they finished their personal conversation before they even acknowledged me. on top of that, they did the hem wrong, charged me $25 for each pair and pretended not to hear or look at the problem. it was very weird but ultimately maddening because I paid so much to NOT get what I wanted. not only will I not go back but i'm hoping this posting will serve as a warning to others. I took a new zanelli suit to them last week. When I returned a long time patron said they had their prices overnight And was a getting a 50% discount on his $700 bill. I had to return my pants because they were 1 inch too short. I may have to return my suit as they insisted I needed tailor of the sleeve Circumference so they could charge me more money. Quite simply the best tailor in Atlanta! Exceptional work, quick turnaround, reasonable prices, and friendly service. I am the grandson of a tailor and a bit of a clothes horse, and I have a keen eye for high-quality work and am extremely picky about tailoring and the fit of my clothes. Since moving to Atlanta from NYC a year ago I have a take a ton of stuff to Q Tailors - everything from hemming pants, tapering, adding functional buttonholes, and shortening shirt sleeves to more complicated alterations requiring extensive hand work like re-cutting the shoulders of my Brioni sportcoat. Everything has turned out great, and I trust Esteban and his team with all of my clothes. Esteban recently took on a very complicated project on the jacket of my Zegna suit, one in which two tailors in NYC had said couldn't be fixed. Esteban took on the challenge and after two weeks of major work and one interim fitting, the jacket was perfect! He basically took apart the entire jacket, identified and fixed the problem, and put it back together again. This is the kind of work that only the most experienced and talented tailors can do. My wife has also taken tons of things there and everything has been great. As someone who knows a bit about clothes, has a keen eye for the details, and has an acute appreciation for the art of fine tailoring, I can't recommend Q Tailors highly enough. Esteban has done an amazing job for me. I had a complete wardrobe rebuild. Within one month I bought 5 new Attolini suits, 3 Tom Ford suits, 4 Brioni suits, and an Isaia suit all of which required significant tailoring including big stuff like removing the sleeves and adjusting the shoulders. At the same time I also bought 10 new Zanella pants which required substantial tailoring including length, seat, and even taper. Finally I had all 43 of my Kiton, Tom Ford, etc dress shirts altered primarily involving arm and body tapering. Esteban did PERFECT hand work on these hand made garments. He's even fixed pick stitching and other design elements where even Brioni didn't do them perfectly. There is no garment that I wouldn't take to Esteban. Esteban has touched over $100,000 of garments of mine this month and each one is perfect. He is also very fast! Many alterations were completed within 1-2 days. Esteban is fantastic. I bought a number of custom hand made suits from another Atlanta tailor with a guarantee that they would alter them if I lost weight. Well...I lost 50 lbs and when I went back to them I was told it was impossible to take them in and I should donate them. They were very expensive. So my daughter recommended Esteban. He said no problem and within a week I had two suits back tailored perfectly. I have now had 6 suits altered by him and each one is absolutely perfect. He's my tailor from now on. read more

Hands down, best tailor in Atlanta. I am an Atlanta native and have tried many tailors over many years. Once I was turned on to Q Tailors, there was no need to look anywhere else. Although I say that, I did try a tailor next to my office for convience and quickly realized that I made a big mistake. Q Tailors had to fix the botched-up job for me... I have taken at least 50 articles of clothing (everything from jeans, linen pants, sport coats, suits, and tuxedo) to Q Tailors over many years and they have always done a fantastic (Superb) job. One day I will have Esteban make me a suit (which I hear he does very well). I usually dash in and dash out of "Q" when I drop off or pick up my clothes. The other day I took an extra second while I was there to look at some of the pictures on the wall. Although I am not a Justin Bieber fan, I thought it was a pretty big sign of how well respected Esteban is in the Atlanta area to see a picture of him measuring Bieber in a hotel room in Atlanta. I asked Esteban if that was Bieber and why he was measuring him. Esteban said that Bieber needed some emergency help and was pointed in the direction of Esteban. Obviously Q Tailors is doing something right and I am not the only one in Atlanta that has taken notice... Don't waste your time with any of the other places in or around Atlanta. Simply the best tailor's in Atlanta! I have tried a number of places and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality, workmanship and good customer service. I have been several times in the last few weeks and discovered that Esteban Guzman, the owner, was the head tailor at Saks a number of years ago. For men who want suits worked on - they can do anything - fix shoulders, add functional button holes to the sleeve and so forth. The prices are quite reasonable. Actually, they charge less than other places where the work is done inadequately. They even make suits on site so all the skills are there. Cannot recommend they highly enough! read more

I work in Phipps Plaza and was looking for a decent tailor to hem some dresses I have. Based off good reviews and the fact I work in the mall, I stopped by to see if they would offer a mall employee discount, as many of the other retailers do. I was told without hesitation they would and even given specific discounted pricing. I said I would return in a few days. I returned a few days later with the dresses, my husband and three of his suits. I stated what I was told a few days ago and was then told by a younger lady they don't give mall employee discounts. No apology, just, "I don't know who would have told you that." It was honestly embarrassing, as I dragged my husband all the way up here and that was the main reason we decided to have them done here. I'm taking my business elsewhere on principle. I prefer honesty to wishy-washy communication, even if that's at the expense of a few extra dollars. read more

Walked in with two issue's one a suit jacket badly done from prior tailor, second new suit with minor alterations. At first Esteban said he could not do anything for the jacket due to the cut. I took it in stride and we moved on, while trying on the second suit he took the jacket and tried anyway and within minutes made it look better then previous.
