Rather than just selling a fragrance, he takes the time to understand your individual personality, preferences, and daily rhythm to help craft or select a truly signature profile tailored just for you. Every recommendation he made hit the mark, and his profound knowledge of the craft made the entire consultation feel effortless and personalized. To make the visit even more special, I got to experience their city-exclusive signature samples, which are only available in-store once a year during August! Getting the chance to explore these rare, city-locked fragrances firsthand was an absolute highlight. If you are visiting, ask for Keanu--his professionalism, warmth, and keen eye for detail make the whole experience an absolute pleasure. I left with my new signature scent and can't wait to return!

The interior is atmospherically lit--not too bright, but bright enough that all the labels are still easy to read. Though inevitable for a fragrance store, the air is strongly scented, especially because its doors are usually closed. It can make smelling some of the more subtle fragrances and items a little difficult. The service was wonderful--I was promptly greeted, and my questions were all answered quickly and succinctly. I had a nice time browsing, and there are testers for nearly all their products available for perusal. I will say that they can be a little too eager to induce you to buy more items (I think I was asked about four times if I wanted to add anything to my purchase). You're able to watch the creation of your fragrance in a little booth to the side (it is mixed upon your ordering, which I like), and the label can be customized, making it a fun choice for a gift. Because it is constituted upon ordering, though, I was advised that the scent would need a couple weeks to mature for use. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here, and I highly recommend it to fragrance fans. Their products err on the expensive side, but I found most of their scents very attractive and think there is something here to appeal to everyone.

Not only did they have it, but he was able to talk the cashier down to a great price. I've been looking online at prices for Bal a Versailles (a semi-rare French perfume) and I thought I'd check to see if they had it here so I could save myself the shipping cost. They had it but the price tag said $75! Granted it was a large bottle (3.4oz) but I can get a 2oz bottle on eBay for $15. I eluded to the fact that I wouldn't pay the full price and the cashier was very nice about explaining why it was so expensive and how he can't afford to take much less.. economy and whatnot. I figured it wasn't even worth the time to try haggling. There was no way he'd sell it for anything close to eBay's prices. I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm searching for a perfume.. that doesn't happen too often though.

Surprisingly enough, when I pulled in two of my friends and started handing them my perfume cards to get opinions, they too started getting immersed into the experience and Nico helped them as well. Not only did my friends walk out of there with two new scents to add to their collection, but I ended up getting a better idea of the scents I gravitate towards. Nico gave me the opportunity to test out a scent on each wrist and leave it on as I walked throughout the mall just to see how well the scent mixed in with my natural scent. It was a cool testing experience. Funny enough, I kept the perfume cards of two of the scents in my bedroom and the next day my entire bedroom smelt a like a mix of the perfumes. And that was just from the perfume being sprayed onto a card! Very impressed with the quality and long lasting feature of the perfume. Though it's difficult to decide which one to get, I'm excited to come back and check out the rest of the scents.
