The pharmacy staff at this location abuse their pharmacy customers who call on the phone…read more They will repeatedly answer the phone call that is ON HOLD. Then immediately hang up while inserting my call back into the HOLD queue. They will do this for 40+ minutes. I got frustrated with this on April 28th; drove to the location; stood in line while my call was ON HOLD. Then while in line for 10 minutes, I watched the staff ignore my call while re-inserting my call that is ON HOLD back into the queue. This is customer abuse.
