When they opened I scheduled my next facial and was asked to pay $15/- more per facial as they had upgraded their machines and somehow I had to compensate them for those. I asked them not to use the machines on me and that we are in a binding contract and I would not like to pay hundreds of dollars more (I lost my job during covid and could not as well). I was told that would I rather see the spa closed down the spa totally in which case I would loose all the left over money. No amount of logic worked with the lady. Finally we agreed upon scheduling that facial, paying extra 15 for that facial and if I wanted she will reimburse the rest. After the facial, I asked her to reimburse the rest, to which she added that now that you are not in contract all the past and current facials will be the price + $30/- more. I ended up paying almost as much as the 10 package facial for less than half of the number of facials. It was wrong to break the existing contract and force the past customers to pay hundreds of dollars extra. I will neither recommend, nor go there again.

The parking lot can get busy depending on when you go, but it's never taken me more than 5mins to find a spot. Things that would improve the experience is having more inventory (i've had a few experiences where the product I went in for are out of stock and they aren't always sure when it will be restocked).
