Rather than coordinated care, the process felt inefficient and, frankly, transactional--almost as if each referral was designed to secure another slice of the insurance reimbursement. After seeing nearly every doctor in the office, I was inexplicably routed back to the first one. At that point, it was clear no one had a definitive understanding of my condition. Adding to the frustration, the practice billed my medical insurance instead of my eye insurance, creating yet another unnecessary complication. Thankfully, after switching insurance providers, I visited a different ophthalmologist who accurately diagnosed and resolved the issue in just two appointments. It's disappointing that a practice with such polished facilities and advanced equipment fell short where it mattered most: precise diagnosis, continuity of care, and competent billing.

I was told I had a double eye infection and I would probably need surgery within the next two months the next day I went to another eye surgeon FLUITOWSKI surgery center in Daytona Beach and was told I do not have a double eye infection. I have no infections and I did not need immediate surgery. I am very very disappointed and upset. I spoke with the office manager explained what happened she said she canceled my appointment it's now 15 minutes later and I was just send an email saying that if I don't come to my eye appointment next week they're gonna charge me $25. I already canceled the appointment with the manager. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this group 3 years ago. I was told I need cataract surgery and it would probably be within a year or two on this appointment. I was told that my cataracts weren't even hardly there so beware extremely upset and disappointed, rude rude nurse Judy Dr Royce was very nice, but unfortunately I was given the wrong information and two different eye drugs that I did not need for infection. I don't even wanna give them a one star, but there's nothing less that I could do. Please be aware.

Both the gentleman at the front and the receptionist (who barely would speak to me) were both unwelcoming and rude.When speaking with the gentleman to order my glasses when asked the basic question of what can I add on he waved around a list and wouldn't answer my question and when I asked to read it he shoved it at me and said "can you read this?!" And showed me the paper with the abbreated add ons. At that point I shut down and dont want to pay to add anything on, I'm not going to spend my money here. He was extremely rude to both my husband and I to the point where we both shocked and said something back to him at which point he apologized and he had to correct himself and take back what he said. After confirming my glasses we leave and as we are buckling our son in, he proceeds to follow us to the parking lot demanding I pay an 80 dollar bill that had not been disclosed before, never had to pay anything before the appointment and no one ever said anything until I left the building, so insane which is very unfortunate considering how great the dr is.
