I said you made them wrong. They check the script dr caddy wrote and said they matched perfectly. Told to go back to caddy and have him recheck. Which I did and he had wrote the wrong script. Rewrote new and went back to vision and they were nice enough to redo for no charge. That was in June 2022 I'm just glad he's not a commercial pilot. Never going to use this guy again.

They told me there was no doctor on duty and therefore they could not adjust the frame. This was such a ridiculous policy and therefore I cannot recommend this store anymore. The Dr has nothing to do with adjusting the frame. I have had it done before and they just heat up the arms and bend them in slightly. Very disappointing experience and a wasted drive. I took them to another store where I have purchased glasses before and they were more than happy to make the adjustment.

So the same insurance that was billed for the surgery is no longer acceptable? I don't have the $700+ to pay out of pocket (especially since my deductible has been satisfied for the year) so I am forced to find another surgeon to correct the problem. The optician side of the business was great, too. I want a specific style of frame (aviator with wrap-around temple piece) which are common anymore. They were able to source them and I had my new glasses in a week and half. I am not sure why there are some bad reviews from California. Perhaps they are reviewing a different company there with the name Eye Design Eyewear. The business in Ormond Beach Florida does not use that name anymore, and Yelp should adjust its site accordingly.
