The doctor seemed disengaged, barely listening to any of my concerns when I shared them. Instead of addressing my questions, she didn't want to listen to me and to make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were incredibly rude, disorganized and unhelpful. It was clearly evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. This doctor seems to be stuck in the 80's - office is quite unkept and worn out which I should have recognized immediately. The doctor does not have a website or email and is very hard to reach if you have concerns unless you call or visit the location. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend this eye doctor to anyone seeking quality care and respectful service. 0 out of 5. She seemed extremely cold and very disinterested.
