At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

I had hardwood floors installed through the entire house. Four years later there is not one creeky spot in the house. ( the house is from 1976 and every step squeezed before the new floors were installed. The transitions between each room and between tile is seamless, no thresholds. I was really impressed at how perfect even the hidden corners and closets came out. I also had M&M do tile in my kitchen. Again, four years later, not one loose tile or crack in any grout. I have two kids under 5, they put these floors to the test. sometimes knocking over reasonably heavy wood chairs, with cast iron legs, still no cracks.
