Once we did they got back with a quote and told us we had to put X amount down to hold our spot. They were booked out 6+ months out. We sent over the deposit and we were happy to wait. The cost of painting the cabinets was 30% of what it was to get new LOW END cabinets. Combine that savings with this company's 5 star reviews, we were happy to wait our turn for them. It's a good sign when they have a waiting list.   The attention to detail that Lenny's sister has while painting and caulking- it shows they take true pride in their work. When she would leave at the end of the day, she would wrap all her stuff up and leave the kitchen as nice as she could (all things considered). She understood we have 3 small kids (2yo,3yo,4yo) so we needed the kitchen accessible when they left. She made sure we could use it after they were gone for the day. The end product (as you can see from the photos) is beautiful. It looks even better in person! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have cabinets refinished.   One heads up-They do everything via email so that was a tad different. I guess I assumed they'd need to see the kitchen in person not just pictures to get a proper quote. But when they came in the first day, the amount due never changed. No hidden fees. Lenny does a great job sending a DETAILED email with timelines etc. That was very helpful. If you need them VIA phone, you can always email Lenny and he will call you. Very warm family owner business, made you comfortable to have them in your home!

His work is impeccable. He holds himself and his workers to a very high standard, and you'll be hard pressed to find the value for your dollars spent anywhere else. Ive recommended him to several friends over the years, and no one has been disappointed. In fact, they've used Ziggy more than once. After all the years I've worked with him, I recently asked him why he hasn't grown his team larger and expanded his business more (he has PLENTY of business but having more workers would expand his business even larger) He told me it's because he likes to oversee every project himself personally and if the business got too large, he may not be able to expend himself to the oversight that he insists on. If Ziggy is working at one house, and sends a couple of his guys to yours to do a smaller job, trust me, he will be popping in on a regular basis to make sure things are done correctly, and perfectly. This man will provide you with QUALITY work and takes pride in providing you with a beautiful job. He never takes advantage of anyone on cost. Ziggy is a fair man. Ziggy has strong opinions on the best material to be used for the project due to his experience. I have strong opinions on my aesthetic outcome. So if we disagree (and we have) he will of course acquiesce to the homeowner with a reluctant shrug and the knowledge that you're ultimately the one in charge of what you want. He's more practical I feel, and I'm more aesthetic, and both of us opinionated on what we think is best. With his talent and knowledge of what he's doing, and what I like to think of as my good aesthetic eye, we together recently produced a bathroom I could live in! (IF it were larger! ) I'm not one to recommend anyone lightly. It's happened where a company does a good job for someone, then a less than stellar job for another person leaving the homeowner disappointed. I never want to be that person who steered someone wrong, even if it's out of my control and I was pleased with the work rendered at my place. With Ziggy, and after working with him on four different jobs, I can tell you without hesitation and with confidence, he will provide you with beautiful work, at a price that is usually more than competitive.

He did a fantastic job with all work done and my house was built in 1976 with some very strange construction techniques. He handled everything perfectly and we were very pleased with the outcome. Fast forward to this year and one of the tubs developed a crack. Ziggi came out, replaced the tub and surrounding tiles and you can't tell that it was changed at all. He did a great job matching the existing tiles. Ziggi brings old world work skills at a reasonable price. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at ray60174 at gmail.

From start to…read morefinish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations in every way. The team was punctual, respectful, and so detail-oriented. They transformed my dull, scratched up floors into something almost new! The finish is absolutely flawless--smooth, rich, and with just the right amount of sheen. Joshua and his guys clearly take pride in their craft, and it shows. What really stood out was how clean the process was. Their dustless sanding system was a game-changer--I didn't have to worry about a mess in the unit. They also walked me through every step, patiently answering my questions and offering helpful suggestions. I had requested Joshua to also paint my wooden trims and he transformed something so outdated into something so modern, I couldn't believe it was the same unit with the new refinished floors and painted trims! The final result is beyond beautiful. It feels like I have a brand-new unit! If you're considering floor refinishing and any painting needs, do yourself a favor and hire Joshua and his company, Chicago Luxury Construction. They're worth every penny (and very fairly-priced at that!). I'll be bringing him back for my other units and I'll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

During the pandemic, I watched Pacer paint their house from my home office, and not only did they do a great job on the house, they were speedy! My husband and I had been talking about painting our house a darker color for years- we had a terribly chipping maroon skirting around the house that needed to go and a basic beige color that was also chipping in areas. A fresh change was needed! Paul is very nice, super responsive and helpful to those of us who have never painted our house before (color match, paint questions, etc.). We had some cracked siding pieces, as well as crumbling spots on our Hardie Board cement siding- we picked up matching Hardie Board siding boards at Lowe's and Pacer was able to cut and install pieces to the spots that needed it, as well as replace wood trim boards so the finished product just knocks it out of the park! After 1 day of scrapping and 2 days of painting, I came home to a completely brand new house! We went bold (pictures below) from beige to a dark navy- my phone was blowing up with text messages from all of my neighbors of how much they loved how it looked. In 5 days, the crew was finished, and this was no small job! The crew of 3 were super friendly as well- when you paint your house stark white, you start noticing exterior doors that aren't so white, so we asked them to paint them too. No problem! They are super meticulous and by no means sloppy- the edging of the two colors meeting is on point. Highly recommend this crew to anyone!
