I am so happy with the work that Perfect Image did on sanding and refinishing our hardwood flooring. We had originally been working with a bigger company because we were on a time crunch and they assured us that they would get the work done on our floors before we moved into our home- but just two weeks before the move they changed their story and said it wouldn't be done in time. At that time, I started shopping around and found Jose and his team. He got into my home two days after we spoke and had the job done within 4 days after that. Not only was he fast, efficient, and accommodating- the work he did is absolutely beautiful. I am so happy that the other company fell through because I can't imagine our floors looking better. To top it off- it was also a significantly better price than the other company offered us. I would recommend this company without hesitation. read more

We needed to raise a sunken 80s-style living room floor to be level with the rest of the house to eliminate the steps for my mobility-impaired dad. I chose Perfect Image based on reviews and because they offered a reasonable price. Jose and crew did an excellent job raising the floor and installing hardwood in two rooms. It looks fantastic and we are very happy with the service and results. Jose is friendly and responsive and I highly recommend his team. read more

We had Perfect Image install hardwood in our hallway and front entry way. They were quick, detailed, friendly and we felt it was a very good value. They also were clean-- not too much mess, even with sanding floors!! It is nearly a perfect match for the existing wood floors adjacent to the hall/entry. The team had clever ideas for making the new wood floors look seamless. Honestly-- it looks like it's always been here! Highly recommended! read more

I have used Noe, Jose and the crew of Perfect Image Floors for over 9 years, now, which includes major work on 2 houses. There is no one better. They are highly skilled, passionate about their work, hard-working, honest, accommodating, pricing is great, are on time, and the finished product is beautiful, stunning hardwood floors. Whether they are doing a new installation (I had them install new floors in my entire townhouse) or redoing (sanding, stain and poly) older, worn floors (which they did in my new house from old blonde floors to a beautiful Provincial color (photos attached)), the outcome is always perfection. They are my go to company for everything related to hardwood floors. They are just the BEST in every way. Chris read more

Happy Brookfield customer! Jose took my call, was available on the same day for a walkthrough, provided a written quote on the spot, and was able to start the following week. They sanded and refinished 2 floors and stairs. They came out BEAUTIFUL! The team moved fast, cleaned up after themselves, wrapped up on time, and communicated progress throughout the project. As a small business owner myself, I enjoy giving shout outs when other small businesses do an awesome job. Brookfield neighbors, give them a call for an estimate! read more

I can't say enough good things about Perfect Image Floors. Jose came on Sunday to give us an estimate and was able to schedule the job for the next day. Fortunately for us, he had a cancellation. This is a job I started myself, pulling up carpet, tack strips, and surface nails someone else had put in the hardwood. I even started sanding the floors myself and quickly realized I was in over my head. Not once did Jose make me feel like I did anything wrong, but with his experience and skill, sanded and finished the floor to look beautiful, even patching hardwood into a hole left behind by an old floor receptacle. He arrived both days wearing a mask, treating me and my home with respect. He was friendly, courteous, prompt, professional, and quick. Obviously experienced. I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future. read more

I just had my floors done by perfect image. after having seen them around the neighborhood a lot, i asked some locals on a blog i belong to for some unbiased comments. nothing but good words. well, i would rate them as a 5 out of 10. we had just two rooms to do on the first floor, the family room and the living room and the stairs leading upstairs and the 2nd floor hallway. where do i start? how about the fact that all tolled, it was one month before our floors were finally done. let's start with the first issue, all the carpets were ripped up in all the rooms including the second floor except the stairs. when i asked jim about it, he pulled the estimate out and said, we don't have the stairs on the estimate. i had to remind him that we also didn't have the second floor hallway when he did the initial estimate, and i had to ask him to put it on after the fact eventhough he had measured both stairs and hallway. and why would i do the hallway but not the stairs leading up to the wood hallway from the wood foyer? so, he gave me a deal on the stairs. then, the finish they put on the floors was much duller than the finish on the rest of our floors. i know the color cannot match, but the finish should. but because they had spilled some finish on our older floors, they had to redo all the first floor because they could not just buff out the bumpiness. so, in the end, they ended up doing our entire first floor at just the rate of the two rooms, hallway and stairs. i can't complain about that. except that it took a whole month to do, rather than the one week we were expecting. and then we got nickel and dimed for the wood registers (not on the estimate), but don't you think that that should have been on there? it's not the first time you're doing floors, you know i'm going to need wood registers. anyways, not the stellar job i was expecting. jim is a nice guy though and easy to work with. the workers that came were funny. so overall, mediocre experience. read more

Jose was quick to respond and super accommodating to our schedule. We got our 100 year old floors sanded and he made them look brand new (and even fixed a few broken boards). He made sure to walk us color choices and give us some recommendations based on the type of floor we have. Very happy with the service! read more

Noe and his team were awesome. We pulled up carpet to find a previous owner drilled into the joists of the original hardwood floors to stop the creaking. Noe gave us a very competitive quote and came with great recommendations. The work was a little delayed with COVID, but well worth the wait. We had the old floors in the hallway ripped up and the bedrooms refinished. The job took 3 1/2 days. Luckily the warm weather helped the process. I would highly recommend Perfect Image Floors. We will use them for the first floor of our home when the time comes. read more

Jose refinished all the hardwood floors in my two story house including some hardwood repair work . First let me say Jose was very accommodating. He is professional, provides a quote on the spot, answers all questions and no unpleasant surprises. He knows his business and is hands-on working side by side with his crew. I have high expectations that a contractor will do what they say. Do a quality job and stay within the schedule and price they quote. Jose did an excellent job in all respects. The refinished floors look really great. It's hard to find a good contractor these days. Perfect Image is an excellent contractor and I would recommend them to anyone that needs flooring work. read more

I highly recommend Perfect Image Floors. Our nearly 100 year old floors were in terrible shape and very dated. Jose and his crew restored them, including making seamless repairs, beautifully! They created fabulous new thresholds to rooms where the hardwoods ended. He was patiently provided multiple stain options until we found the perfect one. The crew were incredibly neat and left our house very clean. Their dedication and professionalism is unmatched! read more

Jose and his team did a beautiful job on our floors. We had three different types of tile at two different levels with transition strips all over the place. They brought the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen floors down to the same level as the existing hardwood floors, and then installed a beautiful hardwood floor that matches our current wood floors perfectly. Jose and everyone on his team were so helpful and friendly - and always on time! They worked efficiently and he was incredibly honest and spot on with his quote. No surprises. We will work with him again when we're ready to finish the rest of the house! read more

Perfect Image recently completed my hardwood floors. They refinished my living room and hallway while installing new flooring in my kitchen. I could not be happier with them. They were very professional and Jose was very personal and caring when it came to my home. My floors look excellent and I recommend this company to anyone wishing to have their floors refinished or installed. Not only were they great, they were the best price. How can you go wrong there? I am very happy with this company. read more

Did a great job for us, including new kitchen counters, bathroom vanities, tile work, painting, some electrical and plumbing and other items. Timing and price were right on quote and changes we requested along the way were accommodated. Also recommended a couple of things we did not realize would enhance the project and they worked out great in the end. Highly recommend! read more

Start to finish, Jim and his crew did a fantastic job on my floors and stairs. Not only did they refinish floors in several rooms, they also installed new wood where tile had been removed. You can not even tell the difference between the look of the old and new wood. Jim was on the job site daily checking on the progress and quality of the work. Great crew to have in my home! They even did a neighbor's floors after they saw mine! I would recommend anyone to use Hardwood Floors by Perfect Image! read more
