I was in need of a drywall saw and couldn't find one. An employee walked me to the correct aisle and showed me the selection. The best/most well put together one was on sale the previous week, and even though the promotion was over they gave me the sale price. You can tell they really know their stuff. When I run into problems on a project, I can just describe the problem and they can offer an easy and cost-effective solution. Best thing, you really can tell they enjoy doing their jobs. All the employees are super friendly. Some things might cost a little more here than other stores, but when you're dealing with friendly and knowledgeable people, you don't mind spending a little more.

It stated that items may be up to 50% off. At time of my visit, items were mostly 13% off. Store had an outdated feel. Beyond disappointed with how this company handled our project. Delay after delay. Poor…read morecommunication. Was never sent any final anything to approve. Tried to use 3 seams in places we will sit everyday and told me it was structural. I've had 2 other providers since confirm that was a lie. They clearly used remnant pieces hoping we wouldn't notice. For the grand finale, they damaged my brand new cabinets trying to install their product that ultimately wasn't even cut correctly after all. The sink was off and they rammed my cabinet door trying to shove it in. 2 nice gauges I get to look at everyday. Of course, they haven't responded to me about this. I asked for a refund, which was agreed upon, but have still yet to receive anything. Hoping to save someone else this disappointment.

On 6-12-19, I put a deposit with Daniel Ford, the salesman for some remnants. He wanted the full payment up front, but I told him absolutely not, I don't pay any contractor up front. So he agreed to do half for a cash deposit. So I did that. He told me someone would be out to measure the next week and to follow up with him. On 6-17-19, I followed up with Daniel, and he said he is no longer employed there, and then he stopped answering my calls and texts. The owner Donald wasn't returning my messages either. On 6-19-19, Donald finally returned my texts saying that I will get my deposit back. First he threatened me to take my Review down, and I did. First he told me I would have my money the next day on 6-20-19. By the end of the day on 6-20-19 he told me he needs more time. On 6-21-19 he send me a message saying he would be back in town on 6-24-19 and he would be meeting with his lawyers, and he said he would meet me then and also give me some free stone for the inconvenience! HAHA!!! I didn't believe a word he was saying. Well now it's 6-25-19. Still no money. He is no longer returning calls or messages. Seems like I'm SOL. I just hope this guy gets what's coming to him.
