Ofer was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy -- he took the time to walk us through our options and helped us feel confident in our decisions. We went with Orange Cabinetry, a more budget-friendly brand that Ofer endorsed in terms of quality and customer service. Even though there was a delay in stock (which we were informed about in advance), the team encouraged us to stick with the sage green color we really loved instead of settling for something else just to speed things up. I'm so glad we waited -- the cabinets are beautiful, well-built, and exactly what we wanted. We've gotten a ton of compliments. Planet Cabinets also helped us source Jeffrey Alexander hardware, and their support with sizing and quantities made that process easy. Overall, we felt informed, supported, and never rushed. Highly recommend Planet Cabinets if you're looking for a company that balances affordability with honest, thoughtful service.

When some parts came in damaged Ofer was all over it to make sure any and all replacements were perfect before being installed. I would 100% work with Planet Cabinets again. Our custom color turned out amazing and we're so thrilled.

I've read through the existing reviews and feel I need to make a few comments…read more This company sells cabinets wholesale and only to contractors and other resellers; this means their target buyer knows what he/she wants and doesn't need or even want hand holding. End customers coming here expecting on-the-spot customer service and attention, or even Home Depot 'warehouse customer service' are looking in the wrong place. This is not a retail location. Dollar-for-dollar the cabinets are much better than what you can get at the big box stores. The cases are made from plywood on all sides (versus composition board for most off-the-shelf cabinets), have sturdier drawer glides, and have better hinges. Yes, they're made in China. So are your Apple iPhones. As a contractor, this is just the type of place I'm looking for. Phone in an order based on their catalog, pay with credit card over the phone, and get delivery in a few days for a reasonable price.

SAVE YOUR REPUTATION versus a few hundred dollars and go down the street to National Kitchen and get a real maple/wood cabinet for a fair price. The reps down there actually get things done and come to find out their prices have not increased in five years. Our companies rep is AJ. Fantastic company to build a partnership with. I'd just call and say you want to work with them and open an account.

A friend heard good things about KB&B so I made an appointment and met with Kim. I cannot say enough positive comments about her. She took the time to listen to what we wanted, looked at pics of our current bathroom, and was very direct with what could and could not be done given our dimensions and budget. She was very professional and we left the store confident we were headed in the right direction. Mario (owner) came out a few days later to measure and take pics. He was professional and also straight to the point. The quote was a bit higher than we had hoped, but we felt good about the design and items we selected. Items were ordered and Kim kept us updated on their status since it was several months before they could even start constructions. Once they started, we realized why they cost a little more than the average Joe contractor. Every contractor (4 different guys) were each phenomenal. They treated our home like it was theirs. They were all very clean, very detailed, and they ended up doing a few extra repairs outside of the contract (with my permission). Kris was the main contractor and was here the most and I would give him more than 5 stars. The painter is expertly skilled and I can't tell where the drywall repairs were done. The crew also was very careful around our dogs and didn't leave any doors open. The final project exceeded our expectations. We noticed a few paint touch ups that were needed and Mario sent someone out - a week after the job was done and the check was cashed. They all take pride in their work and I feel really wanted to do whatever they could to have me as a satisfied customer. Make an appointment, rather than just walking in - Kim is busy. Bring in pics and measurements if you can to help her out. They won't be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would hire KB&B again and encourage everyone reading this to check them out.

Did I choke at the price? Yes, but 18 months later it's forgotten. They did some custom work the big box guys never could've done. Quality is worth the price and my wife is HAPPY so we got that going. I wanted to get an old 60's sports car but the little lady said we spend 3x a day in here. Let's make it nice. We are still having issues, very similar to the other reviews. I have called the owner and left 2 voicemails and he is completely ghosting me. If you want to be able to feel comfortable in your kitchen and not have anxiety every time a splash or spill occurs-then don't go with this company. The cabinet doors and drawers seem to be made out of MDF, which is extremely water absorbent and if anything gets on them even after cleaning it up right away- they will warp. When i called to bring this to their attention, they act as if we take our doors and drawers, and submerge them in water and asked "well, don't you clean the spills up right away?!" I didn't want it to get to this but they are unwilling to help. I don't want this to happen to anyone and I want to warn those who have children, grandchildren or any people who love hosting to look somewhere else.... or you will have anxiety every time you're in you kitchen.
