And, they will advise you expertly on what is doable regarding your choices (ie: can knew flooring be installed over old floors). My product was delayed. The owner, Kevin, went to the Max to make certain have flooring was delivered and installed before Thanksgiving. And it was, and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! Paul, the installer was incredible. I never saw anyone work as hard as he does. And the plus, when he found flaws in the base floor, he fixed them. He didn't just go over the flaws knowing I wouldn't know the difference. We had looked several places for carpeting for our new "used" home. Loved the small business feeling at Marchio's, and dealing with Kevin, so we ordered from them. The carpeting arrived on time, and the installers presented us with a form attesting that they had not been exposed to Covid, wore masks, and were fast, efficient and friendly, both in removing and disposing of the old carpet, and laying the new. They even trimmed a small piece of our wall molding so that our floor-to-carpet transition piece fit better than it had before. They cleaned up any mess they made, and made sure everything met our satisfaction. It was nice to deal locally, rather than a big box store, and the price was comparable for better quality. I purchased flooring from Marchio Tile & Carpet because of the high quality selection and the help from the salesman. They did the install too. I needed to have carpeting removed and heavy furniture from 2 bedrooms and a loft moved and they did all of that. The install guys did an outstanding job and they cleaned up when finished each day, no mess was left behind for me, I really appreciated that.
