I just went in to look.. I plan to build a new bathroom. John, Ahmet and Robert (Manager) stopped by to see how my contractor and I were doing. Within minutes, my project started coming together, along with the exact tiles I planned to use. And this entailed 3 different types of matted marble and stone tile. The best part? The majority of the tile I needed was on sale! I couldn't believe it.. All 3 of them are awesome!! So I have had a great experience so far! The staff is very nice, the store is clean and well laid out, they have every tile ever created and Mary Elizabeth in the design department is creative and efficient. It is like getting a Ferrari at the same price as a Chevy. read more

I needed flooring for a balcony, came with a friend to this store, talked to two associates at length asking questions about what material would hold against the weather. They recommended top of the line vinyl floor planks. We installed this floor and two months later noticed that the planks were not holding against water, so we removed a few planks to find out that this product was saturated with water, had moldy spots at the bottom and was not rigid anymore. I contacted the store today, the rep said, "vinyl flooring is only for interior, not exterior". I explained that we purchased this flooring because the associates told us it's good for exterior and would hold against water and temperature. So, he put me on hold for 1 hour. I am very disappointed with the customer service and lack of knowledge of their associates and will be demanding a full refund. I don't recommend this store. read more

I went had a big purchase to make having a great experience in Naples Florida I said let rather go to the midland port Chester store and both times I had a very upsetting situation, where the floor staff a young lady n man , were engaging in the flirting they had going on rather than helping a customer. Adding were she was dismissive due that she a client coming in to see her, when I turn in an Aiken she went back to continue her engaging were she left off with the co worker, and they were useless. As I was leaving a young man name Keyshawn was very apologetic for his colleagues conduct and went an xtra mile to help me with my concerns. 3 months later come back to the store asked for the manager because I was irritated with the mariguana smell the staff had and he was as if he was spaced out. I asked due to I was doing a very big purchase If they had any discount he said no. I asked for a manager Kia when she approached me I said I normally shop jersey store n have 3- shower under construction if she can give me any type of discount. Her attitude was as the hood oh first she say you don't have to try to persuade me with all your saying as if your expecting me to say ok well I don't and won't. I said I am trying to save and it's a big purchase she was very abrupt and walked away. Thanks to her attitude and demeanor on how she does not value me as a consumer that gives them slot business as she said with her architect hood attitude she could care less. Finding Floor and Decor in Port Chester NY made rebuilding my condo after damage so much easier. I recommend making an appointment to speak with one of the designers. The service is free, and there's no pressure to buy. Both Wade and Aaron helped me tremendously with picking out flooring and tile. They also made it fun instead of stressful. Wade went above and beyond to help me co-ordinate the look, even down to picking the right color grout for the bathroom tile. The sales associates were all very polite and knowledgeable .
