She called to let them know what was happening and they asked her to drop it off that night and they'd take a look first thing in the morning. They found one of the brake components had a factory defect, replaced it and she was back on the road the same day. No charge for the parts or labor.

Fortunately, I was only a mile from my house, so it was a cold, but easy walk. I called Kenny's. From the moment my call was answered, I was treated with nothing but respect. I was given a time interval for arrival, and the driver showed up right on time, came to my house, drove me to my car, and freed it for me. What started as a horrible afternoon, turned into a great experience when all was said and done.
