Fortunately, I was only a mile from my house, so it was a cold, but easy walk. I called Kenny's. From the moment my call was answered, I was treated with nothing but respect. I was given a time interval for arrival, and the driver showed up right on time, came to my house, drove me to my car, and freed it for me. What started as a horrible afternoon, turned into a great experience when all was said and done. While I hope I don't need this service in the future, it's a relief to know it's there should I need help in the future. I highly recommend Kenny's West Chester Towing!!

I drove in without an appointment in late August after having been rear-ended in my SUV. Coincidentally, my husband was away for a week and I had no one else to help me decide one repair shop over another and I did not want to make my husband concerned because he was on a much-deserved trip! So I was trying to navigate this on my own. Barb met me with a smile and was extremely sympathetic and understanding of my plight. She called Steve to come out and look at my car and he immediately said it should not be driven and I wasn't safe in it, so they took over as my ADVOCATES and fought all the battles on my behalf. Wow, am I ever glad I went there instead of somewhere else! They explained, briefly and completely, all my options and MOST IMPORTANTLY, all my legal rights! They are experts at how the insurance systems work and they know what they can and cannot do legally. I was completely taken care of! They got me a rental car which was delivered right to the shop and I was able to drive home from there without any problems and didn't pay a PENNY to the rental agency because they knew how to deal with the insurance company of the person who hit me. They stayed in touch with me and we worked out all the issues as time went on, even though they ended up having to keep my old car, which was declared to be totaled, on their lot for over 2 months until the insurance stuff was all figured out. The whole experience was so positive, warm, and supportive that I would recommend their business to anyone and everyone who needs them! I can't say enough about their high abilities, concern for their customers, and unstinting kindness and helpfulness! Thank you, Crawford's!!!
