I was in search of the not-so-common these days business card holder sleeves and THEY HAD THAT. Even though it was not busy in there, they had a lots of employees available to assist. It appears they have back-to-school sales there with all kinds of supplies stocked for students. Which might be a better alternative if you don't like the crowds at places like Target and Walmart. I would say this is a place of convenience for office supplies that also carries some specific items that you may not find at other big box stores. The check-out option is only with a cashier and when the line started backing up, another clerk came over to help the queue.

Today I asked if they had greeting cards, she proceeded to ask me if I meant " letters." I said sure and then she said "we don't have those but do you want letters or greeting cards" and I told her again "greeting cards." She specified "like a birthday card or what?" I said no, just blank, folded cardstock. She said they had cardstock and I told her I wanted greeting cards again. She then tells me "well you said letters so which do you want?" Most if not all of those quick turnarounds are ready way before the estimated print time. I always get a call from a team member to let me know when my order is ready for pick up. The store is clean and organized. Everyone I encounter is pleasant and helpful. I will continue to print from this Staples location whenever I can.

Latest update: The Staples store managers in Queen Creek issued a refund for shipping costs. The…read morepackage is lost. Never arrived today at its Indianapolis overnight location. UPS says they never received it. Hopefully Staples finds it and returns it to us. Updating on the disastrous event that occurred by making the mistake to trust Staples with an important UPS overnight air package. Staples opened a claim for a "lost package." It can take weeks to resolve the claim. Don't have that kind of time. This package needed to be received today. Without any proof at all, Staples is claiming that UPS picked up the package. Zero proof that happened. There's no update at UPS. UPS doesn't show that they even have the package. Headed to the UPS store and recreate the entire 47 page package, sign originals, secure in a binder and send from the UPS store that's trusted! Never count on or trust Staples. That's a big mistake. Update: It's 4:27 in the morning on Tuesday and the IMPORTANT PACKAGE that needed to be delivered to Indianapolis today from Queen Creek Az still hasn't been updated by UPS to even be in their possession. I mailed overnight from the UPS Store in Queen Creek last week. Brought the package in at the SAME time, around 11 am. By 6pm the package I sent last week from the UPS store was scanned in as "in their possession in their Mesa facility." That package arrived the following morning. I'll be in Staples to get a FULL REFUND. I'm posting this so whoever reads this knows NOT TO TRUST STAPLES WITH OVER NIGHT AIR. We mailed OVERNIGHT AIR to Indianapolis from Queen Creek Staples Monday Morning. it is supposed to be delivered Tuesday morning. The cost was $130.00. It's after midnight on Tuesday morning and the overnight air ups hasn't even been updated to "in possession of ups." Should've gone to the UPS store. DO NOT TRUST STAPLES with important next day air!
