Guys, I find it hard that this place only a 4.1 reveiw because it really deserves higher! Maybe it's because I went around 45 mins after they opened on a Sunday. But the food & vibe legit slaps!! They killed it, hands down. I had a pistachio hot latte & the Seafood Benedict. My food came out hot & fresh before my latte did. The Seafood Benedict came with some bomb cheesy, butter grits. I will admit the latte was good but i didnt taste any pistachio, but it's cool- id just ask for more next time, not something major that i'd straight up dock a star for. I thought I was legit gonna need the Tabasco because, guys, let's be real- hollindaise can be a little underwhelming from place to place. But the put love in there from the creamy hollindaise to the fluffy, golden biscuit it all sits on. Best part? It didn't have no pork on it! you follow me & my reveiws ya'll know i don't do anybody's pig anything. *chef kiss* The outta line for giving this portion size. I'm tryna eat a little here & there- they filled butt up. Lol i see how it is!! Service, service, service. Jen was my server. She took really good care of me. For a tiny hole in the wall- I can't say I've had better. (It gave chickfila vibes.) Super pleasant, energetic vibes, the place legit caters to families, familes with small children, large groups. To preface, they have 2 locations and menus may slightly differ based on location. We went to the "Camp St." location specifically for their Banana Fosters Beignets. We ordered their beignets as well as their "Southern Pecan Cold Brew". First off, the cold brew was amazing! As someone who does not really drink coffee and rarely ever orders a cold brew, this cold brew was sweet and refreshing! Did not require creamer or sugar at all. Beignets were also very good! Loved the fosters sauce added on top of the beignets. It is also topped with bananas! I will say, the bananas drowning in the sauce were a bit too sweet though. There's restrooms on the 2nd floor and on your way up, there is an amazing window view! Really cute brunch spot and I definitely recommend this place if you are visiting NOLA. read more

Quaint corner restaurant Atmosphere, relax,, friendly Casual wear Boudin omelette was OK, sausage was mild, not a lot of flavor. Serve with toast that was not buttered,, added hashbrowns for three dollars. Avocado omelette was OK. Avocado look old. Not a lot of flavor. Added a pancake, which was very plain. Breakfast sandwich was a little disappointing, Toast was notl crisp so what they added egg and meat made it even more soggy Service was friendly but all business. No refills Overall ok for a quick meal but definitely not outstanding read more

Ordered biscuits n gravy. It was barely warm, thick and white on a dry, room temp biscuit. They charged me $3.00 for a link sausage. Don't waste your money. K talked to the manager, who was lovely; he comped my meal and my friends who didn't have an issue. Very nice! Go see them but maybe pass on the biscuits and gravy. read more

My wife wanted to grab breakfast and settled on this location. The first floor was very nice looking and it felt good, they asked if we would be okay with the second floor so we said sure why not. Upstairs was not as nice, and it was rather stuffy/warm upstairs. I got a latte but it wasn't very good. I also got the pancakes (only because they apparently were out of chicken/waffles at 9am). The pancakes were flavorless. My wife got a breakfast sandwich and said it was rather bland. Ultimately the vibe of the place was nice and I'm primarily giving this place a 3 instead of lower because Quinten was our server and he was awesome. Truthfully because of his service I'd be willing to come back and try some new options and see if we just got unlucky. read more

Not knowing where to go for breakfast, we just started walking. We just left Pirate King and right there at the corner was Fleur De Lis. The wait wasn't so long and we had coffee already. The staff is really nice! We were given a table toward the back of the restaurant. I can't remember our server's name but he was very hospitable. I ordered the Fleur de Lis omelette which had crawfish and provolone inside and topped with etouffee, and came with wheat toast. Very good! Yo had the shrimp and cheesy grits with the lemon sauce on the side. She really liked the preparation! We also shared the yummy praline pancakes. These were soooooo good! We also had mimosas that were large Service was great! My only issue was the other guests on either side of us. One couple didn't have an umbrella and was waiting out the rain, and a little loud. The other had an agitated dad. Other than that, definitely worth coming to. read more

Located in fabulous area in downtown this gem is known for their amazing food and top notch service. They do a fantastic breakfast & lunch service with a menu that is suited for any and all hunger needs. I highly suggest an order of pancakes with any order. I hear that the breakfast sandwich is a known winner as well! In the event if you wanna pop in for wish service they do have a bar in which you can seat and drink. read more

Cute lil French Quarter brunch spot, the steak and eggs was on point. The first steak my partner had was under cooked, but the kitchen sent a perfect one afterwards. One of the best hot chai teas I've ever had was here as well!! Service could have been better, we sat at the bar, our server was a little distracted, like our food came out and we didn't have any utensils and we waited a while before we got the check, someone else brought it to us... food very well made up for that though. Came to the splendid breakfast spot during our Nola visit. Located in the heart of the French Quarter area and the cafe itself had this very Nola theme vibe. Our server was very spot on with his service. Topped off our liquids and often checked on us throughout our visit despite it being very busy. Food was great but my only regret was not trying a more authentic Cajun option. read more

This was a solid breakfast. My husband and I shared the "Seriously Southern" breakfast that consist of two eggs, biscuits and gravy, a massive piece of pork belly and two pancakes. Everything was good, for me, the pancakes being the star. We made the right choice to share. read more

Nice little brunch spot post going out in the French quarter. I ordered the smoked salmon Benedict and enjoyed it. Also ordered the beignets which needed more powder sugar and were more puff pastry esc. Than beignet. They did say 30 min wait and it ended up being a hour. read more

This is a very busy restaurant, the wait was 35mins. We had bourbon breakfast, which is pecan banana pancake with eggs and a bourbon shot. The banana pecan was tasty. I also ordered the Chiese ham & Hollandaise omelet. The Hollandaise sauce was a little heavy, creamy and perfectly poured. This place was pretty popular and we had a 35minute wait if you plan to go for breakfast make sure you're not starving. read more

We took our food to go and sat at the bar while we waited. The bar service was nice and on point. The waitress helped with answering any questions we had. I ordered hashbrowns and end up getting a side of grits instead a d didnt notice until we returned to the hotel. I really wanted those hash browns. The food was OK. I loved the grits but I didnt care really for the scrambled eggs, I had to mix them with my grits. read more

My wife and I decided to go here for bunch while in NOLA for our anniversary. It was a block away from the hotel. For some reason this place is busy. I'm guessing the location. But we ordered breakfast and my wife ordered an Iced Chai Tea Latte. The First time they got the drink wrong and gave her a hot Latte. Second time they got it wrong and gave her an Iced Chai Tea Latte with coffee. The bartender came out and tried to tell us that a Chai TEA Latte is made with milk and coffee. He even brought Siri into the discussion to try and prove my wife wrong. You can't make this crap up. This is the only drink my wife gets. She can't drink coffee, she and I know that a Chai Tea Latte is made with Chai spices, Tea and milk. He finally just asked do you want it without the coffee and gave us the drink. On top of that the food wasn't good. Why people use wheat bread to make French toast is beyond me. If I can't finish 3 half slices of French toast then it's not good. They also pack you in there so it's noisy. I wouldn't recommend. Go to Luzianne Cafe instead. Highly recommend that place read more

We went around 8AM on Sunday morning and there was plenty of seating. They also have a 2nd floor with a balcony when it's busier. Service was great! Really timely and kind! Food was really good too. The avocado bowl is a salad (hard to tell from the menu) and was super fresh, light, and really well seasoned. Hash browns were crispy. Cold brew was decent. read more

This was our first meal in New Orleans on this trip. It was so very delicious. The crab catch omelette was so good, but I'm not sure I would want to take my chance on eating anything else on the menu if I go back here. However, The sweet cream pancakes are very high on my list of things to try. Our waitress see that they taste like cake. My husband had the shrimp and grits, and he raved about how good the shrimp was. The beignets were not as airy as Café Du Monde, but I enjoyed it still. In addition to the food, being good, the staff was just purely delightful. This place is very very high on my list of restaurants to return to. read more

BOOM! that's a winner! This café is a must try, you will be happy. You must order the beignets. They are made with a croissant dough and are layers of light and fluffy happiness! The oyster po boy was also incredible. An amazing light and fluffy French bread with a delicious remoulade. The service and atmosphere are very nice and welcoming. Enjoy yourself. read more

Quaint, clean restaurant. The coffee is very good, the food was ok (I had the egg sandwich which was supposed to have bacon and cheese- it had a half slice of bacon and one side had no cheese at all). Our waiter Q (Quentin) was stellar. He brought me bacon and cheese for my sandwich that was supposed to have it to begin with. Q made us feel welcome, topped our tea and coffee frequently and showed real southern hospitality. He made a two star experience a four star experience. Ask for him if you are dining here! read more

Delicious breakfast in NOLA! We only had to wait about 20 minutes on a Friday at 11am. Our waiter was super friendly, and so were the hosts. My dad is diabetic and his sugar was running low so they ran to get him a biscuit free of charge as we waited for a table. We really appreciated that. I got the big breakfast with 2 eggs, pancakes, biscuit and gravy, and a thick cut smoked pork belly. It was delicious but when i got back to the hotel... i was feeling the effects of eating that huge piece. My fault though. The biscuit was amazing. My husband got a big breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage bacon, and the hash browns. The hash browns were SO crispy. They might be the best I ever had. My parents also enjoyed their meals and got fried green tomatoes to share. Definitely recommend! read more

Came here for a morning breakfast. The cochon de lait benedict were outstanding: flavorful, juicy, and tender. The grits were disappointingly runny. Coffee was very good. Service from the bartender/barista was polite. The atmosphere was fairly quiet, but it was a weekday morning. Would recommend to anyone looking for creative breakfast food with a New Orleans twist. read more

We were sat quickly but no one ever acknowledged us after we were sat. Multiple staff walked by and didn't smile, say hi, anything. We waited about 15 minutes and left after the server went to another table that came in well after us with waters. When we left, the floor was wet at the top of the stairs and I almost fell. The staff just stared. There are plenty of other great breakfast restaurants in the quarter. We won't be back. read more

We have a wonderful experience at Fleur De Lis. The food was delicious. Service was top-notch, and the overall vibe just hit right. Parking wasn't great. You will have to find it on the street unless you decide to pay for a parking garage. We looked around and waited to find parking. It did work out, so no complaints from me on that. Let's talk about food. I forgot to take photos, but please forgive me. I can remember what we had. My husband had the shrimp po'boy and I had their Sammie. All of it was wonderful! Such a good visit and definitely need to return when I go to NOLA. read more

Cafe Fleur De Lis a solid breakfast option in CBD not too far from the French Quarter. The waitstaff were very friendly and helpful and the vibes were warm. The Big Easy Breakfast was filling, affordable and very tasty. We'll definitely keep them on the list next time we visit! read more

It was brunch for four and oh so good The service was timely and the meal really was excellent. Even with one Vegan at the table all were able to enjoy a filling meal. It was a super cute restaurant located very close to the Sheraton hotel. The service took a while. I could tell they were short staffed. The waiter was nice when he took our order but getting a hold of him was difficult. Food was served and we had no cutlery. The menu had some amazing breakfast and lunch options. I ordered the Crabcake Benedict's but when the food came and I tasted it I was underwhelmed. It does not have any flavor. It looked delicious but tasted bland. The value of food and what we paid was good but not my favorite place. I probably would not go back. read more

Really yummy food and very friendly and warm service! I got the avocado omelette and my friend got an omelette as well. Really delicious. I was happy they can make the omelettes with egg whites too if you prefer. Decent, relaxed atmosphere. Wasn't hard to get a table when we went on a Sunday after church (so around noon). Give it a try sometime when you're looking for good food and a nice, relaxed vibe and friendly service. It's a nice central location too - you can walk around afterwards. read more

A little bit of a wait but it was worth it! The portions were huge and honestly some of the best classic eggs Benedict I've ever had, the biscuit underneath was great. Also had the southern sampler to try the eggs and biscuits and gravy: SO MUCH FOOD. Our waiter was so attentive despite being super busy. It was a very positive brunch atmosphere! read more

The courtyard's intimate layout even brought a bit of extra magic to our evening. We sat near another wonderful couple (and their adorable daughter) and became fast friends, sharing laughs and conversation throughout the night. What truly anchored the experience, though, was the incredible service. The staff was remarkably personable, helpful, and welcoming. The dinner itself was excellent from start to finish, showcasing immense culinary skill across every dish. We started with the delicious brussels sprouts and a uniquely seasoned spring/summer gumbo that was unlike any version we've had before (oh, what I would give for the recipe). As for the entrées, the shrimp and grits were phenomenal, and the blackened catfish sandwich with a fresh salad was executed flawlessly...and the bread pudding was fantastic, too! With it being so early and only one or 2 other tables besides my friend and me, the food did take longer to come out than I expected it to. Both of us did thoroughly enjoy what we got. The salmon was crispy on the outside with a nice sauce over it. We thought we'd have time to get dessert so we ordered a couple but that too took a very long time. We finally waved down our server to cancel and get the check since we had to be somewhere and he apologized and said their WiFi was going in and out so it could be that it was registering on the kitchen side. That may have explained why our entrees took too long. If it wasn't for the service and the food being great - I would not be thrilled about timing. We got there around 5:30p and had to leave by 7:15p so an almost 2 hours experience that probably could have been 1 hour.

No willingness to problem solve whatsoever. She repeatedly said she was "sorry," but her actions showed the opposite. I was simply trying to work together to find some reasonable solution instead of continuing to watch everyone else get seated while our family, including small children, kept waiting. There's the main dining area downstairs, but I was taken upstairs where there were two additional, separate dining areas. I was seated at their "best" table. Great view of the first floor, outdoor patio dining area. Wine with dinner? They brought out the wine book. It was nearly as thick as a dictionary. Regardless to say, this restaurant has an extensive wine list. Ordered a bottle of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2020 ($135). Very good. Bread was served. Hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I chose the gumbo for my soup, and for my entree, I ordered the Squash Gratinee ($47). Nash H was my main server, but there were at least three others. One to refill my water glass. Another to pour my wine. She said I was supposed to relax and not "work." Challenge accepted. Superb service. I ended the evening with a slice of Pecan Pie à la Mode. Delicious, and beautifully presented. The most memorable part was when I was leaving. I walked down the stairs, but took the wrong stairs, down to the kitchen. I gotta tell you, the texture is just a little different than Cafe Beignet, the Four Seasons, and even the other CDM in the park we tried a few days later. To me, this is the best one. Now, as a coffee person, their black coffee is strong, rich, and a good compliment to the real show - the beignets. But I did not pick up on nearly as much chicory in their chicory coffee as, say, Cafe Beignet's version. Also, I have to let you know the other location in the big park serves a non-chicory version (in addition to NOLA chicory) that is head and shoulders the best coffee we had in New Orleans. But this is the joint. As a bonus, it's colorful, has consistently great street musicians, and has lots of walkable sites as you struggle to waddle around after too many beignets. Gotta go!
