My appointment was scheduled for 10:00am. While I was parking, I received a call informing me that they had a scheduling conflict due to unknown reasons and asked if I could reschedule to 10:45am. I want to note that I've experienced occasional time adjustments here in the past, and I've always been understanding. However, this was extremely last-minute, and despite that, I still agreed to wait and proceed with the 10:45am appointment. Right before the rescheduled appointment, Carol told me to leave, citing my "attitude" as the reason. There was no apology for the original scheduling conflict and no attempt to handle the situation professionally. I'm not interested in debating the subjective interpretations of "attitude". The point is, if Carol believed that I should not receive service due to my "attitude," that should have been communicated immediately after I agreed to reschedule, not after I had waited in the salon quietly for about 20 minutes, right before the rescheduled appointment was about to begin. As I was leaving, Carol followed me outside and asked me not to post anything online about the incident, which I found inappropriate and concerning. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location.

The waiting area is very comfy and has lots of amenities to keep you busy while you wait, from product displays, refreshments, magazines, etc. Beth is an amazing nurse who's energy and happiness radiates. If you're the least bit nervous about anything she will definitely calm all your fears with great conversation and her ability to make you laugh non stop. I am extremely happy with my results, and even more impressed at how quickly and painless she conducted the treatment. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience. They skipped steps my friend (sitting right next to me) was getting, like brushing the tops of toes, and ignored my request to use the electric buffing tool for my dancer feet. I also explained I'm ticklish but harder scrubbing works better, yet the callus work was minimal because she barely touched the tool to my feet, and I had to ask her to do more but it was still so light, it did nothing...I later realized she left pieces of dead skin on the bottom of my feet. To top it off, my nails were left with textured and bumpy because she didn't use the electrical buffing tool but just a manual file, a request I reminded her when she was filing. At the end, when she asked me how I like it, I pointed out the texture on my toes, and she just stared back blankly. Between skipped steps, ignored requests, and lack of care, I'll be sticking to Capitol Hill from now on.

She returned and just stood there with her arms crossed, staring at me. At this point I was on the verge of tears and wanted to say 'nevermind' and leave, but I chose the closest color to what I had. I also asked her if she could seal the other few that were peeling and she straight up told me 'no' and shook her head to reiterate 'no'. She did two coats on the thumb nail, panting onto my skin, then filing my skin to 'fix' it. As I was walking out (the girl at the front desk is always very kind) she apologized and could see how upset I was, she even offered me a discount for next time, but I didn't have the heart to tell her that I am never coming back. I walked out into the parking lot and just cried. I will never for the life of me understand why someone would center their business around customer service, yet treat people like absolute garbage. The nail place I used to go to wasn't the cleanest honestly. Half the chairs didn't work, and they didn't have a ton of colors, but they treated people with kindness, and perfected their craft. And that goes a lot further than a crystal chandelier hanging in your salon, when your polish job is subpar and customer service is even worse.
