We did our research and Blacklock does an excellent job for this meal....They have a few locations throughout England but their Shoreditch location has the highest Yelp and Google ratings. They get booked up very quickly so we made a reservation through Open Door and committed to that date and time.... When we got here, we were seated promptly and there were several tourists that eventually came, so they have a great reputation...evidently... I really enjoyed the chicharron cracklings, the pork, and beef. I'm sorry but I don't get into lamb at all, never have and never will - so I focused on the other meats with my Yorkshire pudding (which is a fluffy bread)... They provide a lot of gravy and it comes out of the decanter, piping hot!! I really enjoyed the three (3) sauces - applesauce, horseradish, and chimichurri, get extra sauces if you must...get extra gravy too!! Finally, we were here to celebrate and they generously and kindly hooked us up with their infamous cheesecake which was incredible!! We came out really full but we had walked 45 minutes to get here so it was a well deserved meal for Sunday at 12:00 noon. :)

The onions were cooked very well. Sticky Toffee Pudding (9.50 GBP) - This was more of a bread like dessert than a pudding, but was tasty and not overly sweet despite the toffee (which is good). The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The service speed is pretty quick. The interior is decorated in a nice yet not too pretentious steakhouse style.
