It's ve been a loyal customer of Flanigan's for decades, dating back to 1984, and have visited many locations over the years. Until today, I've always had positive experiences. During my recent visit, I had an interaction with a manager named Carisa that was extremely disappointing. As I was about to place my order, she approached my table and threatened to contact corporate to have me permanently banned over a comment I made. That comment stemmed from something I personally witnessed the previous week, where she was speaking harshly and unprofessionally to two young waitresses in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to observe and not reflective of the level of professionalism I expect from management. Her approach toward me was confrontational and inappropriate, especially given that I was simply there as a paying customer. In my experience, leadership should demonstrate professionalism, composure, and respect--both toward staff and guests. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I've never encountered behavior like this at any Flanigan's location before, which is why this experience stood out. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it does not reflect well on the brand. She even dare me to call corporate as in she thinks she is above Flanigan's upper management. read more

This is one of the nicer flannigans I've been to. It's pretty large and feels cozy inside. The staff are super nice and helpful, and the food as always is delicious. Can get busy here due to being by the sawgrass mall, but it wasn't that busy when I was there. They also had the cutest st Patrick's day decorations! read more

This location is clearly well managed, and the staff truly makes the experience shine. From the hostesses to the servers, everything felt seamless during my recent dine in visit. I met two girlfriends here for an early dinner and, of course, joined the Yelp waitlist ahead of time. Once we checked in, we waited only about five minutes before being seated. Our waitress was fantastic. I wish I remembered her name. She gave us time to catch up before taking our orders, which we really appreciated. We decided to try the limited time croquetas. Unfortunately, they were not our favorite. We shared honest feedback with the manager because they tasted more like hot dog filling than traditional croqueta filling. The sauce helped and made them a bit more enjoyable, but overall this item just was not for us. Thankfully, it is only a limited time offering. For our meals, my two friends ordered the chicken Philly sandwiches, and I went with my go to pasta Caesar salad with medium chicken tenders and the dressing on the side. Everything came out hot and quickly, and we were all happy with our choices. The restaurant offers booth seating, high top tables, and a spacious bar area with TV's. There is also a large parking lot, and the location is super convenient right off the Sawgrass Expressway Sunrise exit. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed dinner with friends or family. read more

The location was nice. The hostess was not personable, friendly or welcoming. Had about a 20 minute wait. The server was great! Three of us ordered ribs, all three came out luke warm. The wings and shrimp also came out look warm. The fries were not hot. The flavor was great on everything but the food was not hot. read more

I came to Flanigan's with my friend. I haven't eaten here in many years. It is still very good. They have some great lunch promotions. I enjoyed the half rack of ribs. They were flavorful. The fries were just ok. They could have been a little daltier. My friend enjoyed her burger with a small salad. She is from out of state and had never eaten here. She wishes they had it in New York. Maybe one day. The restaurant is very clean. It has an enjoyable atmosphere with that Florida feel. I should come here more often. The prices are reasonable and the food is still reliable after all.these years. read more

So we thought we would go the Flanagan's for St. Patrick's day - Their known for good St. Patrick's day corned beef and cabbage, and sandwiches. So we arrived 430pm (thought we would get there early - before they ran out). Waiting for 45 minutes, got to table, had a beer and went to order - around 530 - sorry we ran out of corned beef around 2 pm. This really pissed me off - someone while waiting in line for table could have said something-we would have gone somewhere else that planned better - Place known for being Irish and running out of corned beef on St. Patrick's day at 2 pm, not 8 pm or 9 pm - someone should be fired read more

One of my absolute favorites here is the side Caesar salad--they always make it just right. And of course, the wings are a standout--always flavorful, crispy, and cooked to perfection. I love the wing and rib combo. It's always my "go to". The ribs are fall off the bone and the wings are juicy and meaty. We always have a side of hot sauce and add garlic to the wings. There daily specials and lunch specials are always a hit. I highly recommend Flanigan's. We go to either this location or Pembroke Pines. read more

There are many Flanigan's restaurants around but this location seems to be managed well. I come here once a month and always sit at the big center bar and order beer and chicken wings or their famous ribs with a curly fry side. The ribs are not inexpensive but the taste is well worth it. Always good flanigans experience. Nice vibe and lots of TVs. Waiter staff was friendly and attentive when though it was packed on a Saturday night. Ribs are amazing and the best I've ever had, also comes with a side. I like the curly fries but you can also pay extra for sweet potato fries. We went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We arrived and the wait was less than 5 minutes, which I was grateful for because I was starving. But the service was awful. It took 15 minutes for us to even get noticed. The server told us I will be right with you and 10 minutes later another server came to the table to take our order. We put in our order, and she came back with our drinks, but after that I didn't see her again until we had to pay the tab. We kept stopping other workers for drink refills. Flanigans has been a regular stop for more than 35 years. We have been to almost every location more than once. The sunrise location is our current destination even though we live closer to another location. We visit at least once a month and usually sit at the bar. We have eaten most of the menu items and consider Flanigans a decent value. This location has delivered consistently good food and service and is usually very busy. Even though Flanigans has grown a lot over the years, it does not have a chain restaurant feel and each location has an obvious group of local regulars. We will continue to be regulars at Flanigans and are hopeful that they continue to do well. Thank you Flanigans for the hospitality over decades. read more

Food is always great especially those nachos!!! The Philly steak is my go to and the chicken chipotle sandwich is my kids go to. Service can be better, once the waitress takes your order you don't see her much again and once she finally does come over she forgets to bring back what you asked for and we see her at other tables. These things are like water, napkins, soda refills, dipping sides that should have come out with the meal etc etc Otherwise we love the atmosphere both inside and out and like I said the food is always great. I informed 3 staff members including the Manager and waited, no one went to put soap! This is a biohazard problem for something as sensitive as people who handle your food. It's Nasty!
