Been to Flanigan's on many occasions but gotta give props to this Sunrise location for throwing an epic FIFA USA watch party. Packed house inside and out and even while waiting for an available table, the servers were kind offering seats when needed and even drinks while we waited. Once seated our waitress was on point considering how busy it was for a watch party. She took our order quickly and services us nicely. It's ve been a loyal customer of Flanigan's for decades, dating back to 1984, and have visited many locations over the years. Until today, I've always had positive experiences. During my recent visit, I had an interaction with a manager named Carisa that was extremely disappointing. As I was about to place my order, she approached my table and threatened to contact corporate to have me permanently banned over a comment I made. That comment stemmed from something I personally witnessed the previous week, where she was speaking harshly and unprofessionally to two young waitresses in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to observe and not reflective of the level of professionalism I expect from management. Her approach toward me was confrontational and inappropriate, especially given that I was simply there as a paying customer. In my experience, leadership should demonstrate professionalism, composure, and respect--both toward staff and guests. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I've never encountered behavior like this at any Flanigan's location before, which is why this experience stood out. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it does not reflect well on the brand. She even dare me to call corporate as in she thinks she is above Flanigan's upper management. read more

If you are watching a FIFA match at Flaningan's prepared for a full sports bar vibe. Was here Friday afternoon for the USA FIFA game against Australia and Flanigan's was the perfect spot to watch the game. TV's everywhere, crowd was loud and great to see everyone hyped. Place was packed we waited 45 minutes for our table and glad we were able to find one as lots of people were there to watch the game. While we waited, staff was great got us chairs to sit and drinks while we waited. Once at our table, service was fast and we all enjoyed the game and food. The $6.99 weekday lunch special available from 11 am until 4 pm was a great choice to have. I enjoyed a small order of wings and sweet potato fries and a drink. This is one of the nicer flannigans I've been to. It's pretty large and feels cozy inside. The staff are super nice and helpful, and the food as always is delicious. Can get busy here due to being by the sawgrass mall, but it wasn't that busy when I was there. They also had the cutest st Patrick's day decorations! read more

I met two girlfriends here for an early dinner and, of course, joined the Yelp waitlist ahead of time. Once we checked in, we waited only about five minutes before being seated. Our waitress was fantastic. I wish I remembered her name. She gave us time to catch up before taking our orders, which we really appreciated. We decided to try the limited time croquetas. Unfortunately, they were not our favorite. We shared honest feedback with the manager because they tasted more like hot dog filling than traditional croqueta filling. The sauce helped and made them a bit more enjoyable, but overall this item just was not for us. Thankfully, it is only a limited time offering. For our meals, my two friends ordered the chicken Philly sandwiches, and I went with my go to pasta Caesar salad with medium chicken tenders and the dressing on the side. Everything came out hot and quickly, and we were all happy with our choices. The restaurant offers booth seating, high top tables, and a spacious bar area with TV's. I came to Flanigan's with my friend. I haven't eaten here in many years. It is still very good. They have some great lunch promotions. I enjoyed the half rack of ribs. They were flavorful. The fries were just ok. They could have been a little daltier. My friend enjoyed her burger with a small salad. She is from out of state and had never eaten here. She wishes they had it in New York. Maybe one day. The restaurant is very clean. It has an enjoyable atmosphere with that Florida feel. I should come here more often. There are many Flanigan's restaurants around but this location seems to be managed well. I come here once a month and always sit at the big center bar and order beer and chicken wings or their famous ribs with a curly fry side. The ribs are not inexpensive but the taste is well worth it. They just built an outside front patio which I will try soon but too hot right now for that. read more

We went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We arrived and the wait was less than 5 minutes, which I was grateful for because I was starving. But the service was awful. It took 15 minutes for us to even get noticed. The server told us I will be right with you and 10 minutes later another server came to the table to take our order. We put in our order, and she came back with our drinks, but after that I didn't see her again until we had to pay the tab. We kept stopping other workers for drink refills. Placed a to-go order at 11:00 am Sunday, 6/14/2026. I paid for the food and did not leave a tip since it was a to-go order, and we did not dine in. The woman who took the order left the food on the counter for 10+ minutes before giving it to us. I drove to my sister's house to eat it, which is 5 minutes away. The food was cold. My sister bought food from Yard House. Her food was hot. There is no way they gave me my food right when it came out. She let it get cold out of spite, for not tipping her.
