Our server was really great; she was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and fast. She even told us the story of how the bar took on the name 'Koco's'; got to love little connection moments like that. As a con, the kitchen did close at 9ish that Friday so definitely plan to get here on the earlier side if you're looking for a meal. The bar did stay open later than 9p, but most guests and the staff cleaning crew were shutting things down around then. I think it would have felt a little awkward to stay past 9ish.
