Since I had already set up my favorites and my payment in the Chick-fil-A App, I placed my order and headed straight to the mobile pickup lane. No wait at all. Two minutes later my food was in my hands while everyone else was still stuck in that long line. So here is the tip: Get the app. Set up your fave meal and your payment method ahead of time. It makes the whole experience smooth, especially at busy locations like this one. (Honestly all of them have long lines ) The team was friendly, my food was hot and delicious. Quick, easy, and exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A.

It's a new location so mistakes are to be expected, but at least make sure there is a reasonable amount of protein if I'm paying $14 for one burrito.

An employee came to the door and tried speaking through the glass, but I couldn't hear her. I politely asked if she could open the door so I could understand, but she continued speaking without opening it. When I said again that I couldn't hear her, she just stared at me. The lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating. It felt like the staff was operating on their own rules rather than the posted hours.
