Great food truck. Nice location. Have been here several times and learned a few tips from the nice girl who takes our order. Order a single smash with extra patty- it rings up cheaper than a double. Get a basket of fries because it's plenty for the 3 of us! I got my burger with no bun/ lettuce wrap. They're generous with all toppings. And if you like a little heat, ask for spicy mayo. Great and filling burgers any night of the week. read more

This is my husband's favorite burger in the greater Austin area, he literally begs to go! We first had the opportunity to try them the first few times when they were parked at the briefly open location of the Elgin Circle Brewing Company. And have since traveled back to the area to have them at their new spot. We always order the Double Smash Burgers and put every free topping available on them. My husband also adds bacon for $2. The chili cheese fries are great as well, they really provide on the portions at this food truck! They also are always friendly and we end up having a nice chat about music or clothes/fashion or beer or food in general. Your food is made very fast and fresh. read more

I had their burgers last year at an event they were at and they were awesome. Went to them today and the burgers were horrible. I was told that Nico and brother no longer own it so that explains it. Will never go back. Please don't waste your money on overpriced crap they call smash burgers. Will never go back. read more

I will start by saying we usually don't go out for burgers as I've been grinding my own at home for years...BUT these burgers are legit...great flavor on the meat...cooked perfectly...juicy and down right delicious!...along with fresh veggies it makes for a great bite!...Onion rings are real deal and super crispy....fries are golden and hot...and the Queso is the bomb! My one an only complaint...Queso is good enough to offer as an Appetizer...Chips and Queso anyone? Maybe some salsa? Overall an amazing visit! Definitely on the radar and we Will be back! read more

This food trailer is serving up delicious burgers that are hot off the grill and melt in your mouth. Make sure you call in advance to find out if they have moved. The service is always friendly and helpful. They don't mind answering questions about their menu. The last time I ordered from them they were stationed at circle brewing in Elgin. This place has lots of trees and outside patio dining that is serene. You can also dine inside the brewing company in the AC if it is too hot out for you. Bring your dog! You can take him on a walk through the nature trail. read more

This place was fantastic. The burgers were cooked to perfection. The fries were juicy and crispy and well seasoned! The only thing better than the food here was the service I received from both wonderful people working. You can definitely tell the food was made with love! They had nice seating outside and checked on us during the meal! Highly recommend going for delicious food and an enjoyable time! read more

Hidden gem between Houston and Austin adjacent to a brewery. Burgers were delicious and you need to try the coke grilled onions.

Nothing really special abt the hamburgers at all. Definitely not worth the price to me. Now, the onion rings and fries are on point. Great customer service! read more

If you're on your way through Elgin, this stop is a must. We found it after visiting the Christmas tree farm down the road. As soon as we got out of the car, the smell of burgers overtook us and was incredible. The guy (I think he was the owner) was very friendly and came out of the truck to walk us through the menu. The burger was exactly what I wanted: super duper tasty. Will be returning if we're ever around those parts again! read more

Food was delicious. Smash burger was crispy but still juicy. Placed the order ahead of time but wasn't finished when I arrived after the time they gave. A little pricey but good food read more

I am not a big burger eater, but make exceptions for the Smash Daddies. My wife and I had them a couple of times and liked them so much, we hired Nikolai to carer our family reunion in Elgin. I have a few "picky" relatives, but everyone raved about his food. The kids especially liked their handmade chicken nuggets and the fries were great as well. If you like burgers and hot dogs, give them a try. You wont be disappointed. read more

Been wanting to try this place for a while...was hoping was going to be anywhere as good as Daniels...had heard lots of good things.....first, the price ....$8 bucks for a burger (there was a cheaper one and a more expensive one)....but I went with the middle one....had to have been the puniest saddest looking burger (for $8) I have ever seen...if a burger looks like it wilted from the Texas heat then this was it...taste was slightly ok and I mean very slightly.... but did not make up for overall first impression...was curious about the "Nuggs"...sounded good...Do Not get these...These were the worst fried item I have ever had....If the grease was two weeks old and had been used a thousand times I would have not been shocked....I can usually eat anything, especially if I paid for it but these were inedible....all breading in bad/old grease and barely any "nugg"....the fries and onion rings were just ok and makes me wonder if they were fried in the same grease...overall I'm going to pass on this place..... read more

Best homestyle burgers in town and great customer service. I went 20 minutes before closing (I did not know business hours) and they still served me and were nice about it. read more

Great flavored burgers. Cooked just right! Not a fan of the Mexican coke onion though,, the burgers stand out on their own.

Burger was excellent but the queso fries were the bomb. The staff were very friendly!

They catered our son's graduation party and knocked it out of the park! The food was great and service was fantastic! They set up and took care of everything. The burger and fries were definitely the hit of the party! read more

Just a great burger super juicy but doesn't make the bun soggy and the veggies weren't soggy or under ripe they had just the right flavor to go with the onion rings and fries were all hot and crisp which went great with the bottle of coke definitely would go back read more
