Great place. The owners are so nice. All the food is fresh not frozen. The owner showed me the small freezer they have which only contains their wings and fries type food, everything else is made there that day. They are short staffed but everywhere is yet it doesn't effect the product or time it takes for the food. Try the Kofta! And the falafel is awesome too!! read more

I swear I've never encountered such sweet people running a restaurant before, they're kindness is so genuine; their energy and our interaction put me in a good mood for a while after I left! The food is even more impressive than the owners! It is very unique, delicious and FRESH. I'm a firm believer that when food is cooked, the one cooking it affects it through their energy... I must say this is my first time to this establishment and It was beyond my expectations. I've had halal chicken over rice and it has not been as good as this place. Geez! Where has Flame Halal Gyro been all my life?!?! The chicken over rice is phenomenal and I also had a sample of the lamb over rice and that was superb as well. The chicken was very juicy, great flavor and rice had the perfect fluffiness, way better than what i've had in NYC food trucks to be exact. The salad had cucumbers which I love and tomatoes because at some food trucks they just serve lettuce. I also had a side of pita in which I already devoured and didn't include in the picture but the picture just doesn't do it justice. Great quantity of food as well. (I already ate some of the chicken over rice before taking the picture Obvi) The owner is very attentive and sweet and service was quick. I walked in with my 15 month old daughter, and immediately was greeted and asked if that was my first time there. When I replied yes, the owner asked if I would like to try some of their food to sample. He made sure my daughter was able to eat it, and kept asking if we wanted more. The food was delicious! It's hard to find halal food where the meat isn't sitting there all day. I had to wait 20 min for my food, but that means fresh. Will definitely be back! read more

My family's new favorite place to order dinner. I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and have been back weekly ever since. All of the food is handmade from scratch and made to order, meaning everything is absolutely delishish. The owners are also extremely kind, I'm not sure if a more perfect place exists to order food. The best part? The prices are incredibly fair, even if they have a $1 markup on some things (and some foods are simply not offered right now due to extreme infaltion). I haven't tried them for lunch yet, but their portions will surely keep you fueled and full for the whole day. My personal recommendations: Butter Chicken: it's not on their normal menu, but they offer it (as a sign in their shop) so if it's your first time here you need to ask for it. I get it on rice, but Gyro and Salad options also exist. Falafal Gyro: I got the Falafal on rice once and loved it. I have never had such tasty falafal, so I figured let's get it in a gyro and it was LOADED with crunch but moist (crushed) falafal. It was extremely filling and satisfying. Lamb: It's small crumbled bits and not your typical slices/patties you will find in less "homemade" establishments, but it is really moist and tasty and most importantly not overly salty. Philly Cheese Steak: A big hero sandwich loaded with, you guessed it, tasty (not dry) steak and gooey cheese. It has the option for mayonnaise too, get that it you don't plan on reheating It. Fish and fries: A simple dish with some freshly fried fish filets on top. The fish portions are generous and the fries are obviously made to order and not sitting in a heater all day. Chicken sandwich: Perfect for a picky eater in the family or a kid. A nice piece of chicken, similar to the taste and size of a chicken nugget (but oversized). Get it with all toppings for the most flavor. read more
