They drank the sodas and i still didnt have my drink. 4.- We could not order appetizers or food until drinks came.. i was wtf is this? 5.- We finally placed the order after my drink came. 3 appetizers and 1 full plate. 1 appetizer came and the server was, how was the food.. i said what food. She went back to check as at this point is kind of obvious they dont talk to each other. 6.- Appetizers came, but we had 0 plates or forks and guess what, we had to ask for them. 2 times to different people there. 7.- Finally, food is out. The Octopus was great and the side it comes was also really good. The Shrimp canastas, we ok. Barely any flavor but not bad. Steamed red snapper looked good but was bland. Still had too many scales which to me its a sign of rushing to serve this. I dont know why as it took so long to get the food. 8.- decided to ask for beer instead and to another person. I was not going to ruin my night. Overall clean and nice location but they need to fix their service and food. I will update the review if o ever come back They can do so much better if they would just organize the staff.

We WERE frequent customers at Palace but after today's experience, we will never be back. This was…read morea take out experience gone completely wrong and the restaurant staff refused to let us speak with a manager, after several phone calls throughout the day! I ordered a vegetarian bento box with BAKED EGGPLANT. What came in my bento box was eggplant DRIPPING in oil. Unedible. They did replace my order because there was no denying that the eggplant was hideous and not one bit baked. Obviously deep fried and deep fried poorly. They sent tofu teriyaki instead and the tofu reaked of stale frying oil. The rest of my bento box reflected totally poor quality food: broccoli past its prime, dumplings completely stuck together and mushy. The vegetarian sushi roll was ok as was the white rice. But you have to work pretty diligently to mess those up. Honestly, most of the Bento box went into the trash. My wife ate my vegetarian roll because I simply had no appetite left. We won't be ordering from Palace ever again after this. They really don't know how to deal with dissatisfied customers, blaming US for complaining too much! We'll simply go across the street to their competitor and maybe pay a little more for food that's worth the money!

This has to be at least my fifth, if not more, annual summer sit down visit at this restaurant. Separately, throughout each year, we do indulge in the occasional takeout order. But what's been a constant are these great annual early afternoon family dinners. We can't go wrong as service has always prompt and fairly friendly. Mind you the same servers are still here from when the Green Dragon became 'New'. Meals have been consistent and always served timely. The restaurant itself is always clean, with the same decorative reddish accents and wooden interior. With bright, semi-bright lighting. The New Green Dragon is a good neighborhood spot to get decent eats. Chill and catch up with family and get many belly laughs in between.

I ordered the shrimp tempura , sashimi and California rolls. The shrimp tempura was 7pc for about $18 and the others were similar $18-20. You get a side of white rice and or miso soup. The food arrived fresh and tasted good. My only complain the rice was not my favorite way to sticky and bland. It's hard to find sushi spots in the Bronx so I'm glad this place delivers. This is not my go to spot but for delivery I would recommend prices are decent I think I would order from here again.
