At the store they remade my food even after telling them I'd rather have a refund instead of eating their bug infested food. when I try to get a phone number for my refund they tried to ARGUE with me saying they fixed the issue by remaking my food which also they didn't make the same order they gave me different food.

When it was my turn to pull up to the window I was met by a young lady who may be having a bad day. She seemed very frustrated or annoyed. I asked how her day was with no reply. I handed her my card and she exchanged no words with me. She handed my drinks to me and closed the window. She then handed me my food I asked if I could get some ketchup and she seemed even more annoyed looking at my bag and looking at me she shoved the bag in my direction and closed the window. She then handed me three packets, as I went to say thank you she closed the window on me. I assumed she's not having a good day. When I got home the food was very underwhelming. The fries were soft and the chicken soggy. I feel like they may have changed something about it. I wanted to buy the new dog plushy and was not given the opportunity to do so. The whole thing was just really off. With all that the price is up more now . This is probably the last time we go to a canes.
