Attention to detail because let's face it, if you do this to every drive through customer you're losing a lot of time having to give them what they've asked for. Not to mention it's happened to us so often (every time) that I now check for my food, and dig deep looking for the sauces. Also I never get napkins! A drive through should distribute napkins. She then handed me my food I asked if I could get some ketchup and she seemed even more annoyed looking at my bag and looking at me she shoved the bag in my direction and closed the window. She then handed me three packets, as I went to say thank you she closed the window on me. I assumed she's not having a good day. When I got home the food was very underwhelming. The fries were soft and the chicken soggy. I feel like they may have changed something about it. I wanted to buy the new dog plushy and was not given the opportunity to do so.
