I think it is pollen. I think the staff were great. I forgot the leave the key. They tried to push the car lol. My car is heavy! The service requested was great. This was my 1st time visiting this location. At first glance I was pleased however, once I got inside I noticed my front windshield still had some spots. After I drove off and stopped at the gas station, I noticed they only put tire shine on one side of my truck. Very disappointed. The flagship in Annapolis was much better. Truck came out worse than when it went in. Tire shine applied around filthy rims, windshield and chrome on front had waterspots which means they weren't wiped. Tire shine gunk going down the side of my truck that wasn't there before it went through and rims were still shining before it went through. Les, the manager had a nonchalant attitude and did NOTHING to fix anything. He actually wiped his fingers across the rim and seen it just needed to be wiped off. He walked the truck with me and acknowledged the waterspots on the windshield and chrome but never told anyone to take care of it. I grabbed a rag and wiped my rims down MYSELF. HE then preceded to tell me that that was actually considered detailing. I was like, you cannot be serious. I then asked if he were me would he be okay with how his vehicle came out and he agreed he would be upset but still offered no solution when I told him that the same thing happened last week and I described the young man that agreed with me and fixed it. Amazing customer service. Les knew exactly who I was referring to and said he was waiting to clock in AND STILL OFFERED NO SOLUTION!! This is the second incident I have encountered. I had bird poop going down the side of my truck starting on top of the door, down on the window and down the side of the door. Needless to say when they handed my truck back, the remnants were still there after someone actually dried it off. They just left it there. I finally got some resolution and gave them a second chance. Now this...I took pics of the dirty rims, windshield, chrome and side paneling. I also took pics of the rims after I wiped them off. From $59 to $69 since 2017 is a lot of money when I gotta handwash my truck AFTER going to the carwash. Canceled and my family will be doing the same. I selected the deluxe package. My rims weren't cleaned well and I had to ask for the rag to wipe down my seat and other areas. The staff were very pleasant and the lobby was very clean. I'd only recommend for a quick exterior was but take a look before you leave to ensure that it meets basic standards. read more

Finally tried the New Spot!, had been going to the one it was prior for so long I hated to see it go and never tried the new one out of loyalty lol. The layout (the concept) is still the same just new people. Now after you wash your car and someone cleans it and you want more services done like more wax/shine, more get in the grooves etc you have to ask!. Met the manager Les so kind and explained how you have to ask for a bunch of services beyond the one cleaning. a young gentleman named Tyson both nice and accommodating, didn't huff and puff or blah like it was a bother to comeback and get this or that! Or let me use his rag to wipe down better something on the car. The value wasn't worth it the top service $44 definitely will get the most basic one. Good for just knocking the dirt off your truck and the vacuums are powerful. A few times I've come here no soap was dispensing. Just water, no suds. Pay attention to the spouts. None of that "hot wax, ceramic, rain shield" is being used, all water. Tire shine either. Just get the cheapest wash if you don't feel like doing it from home bc all you're getting is soap n water no matter what you pay for. read more

At first glance, I thought this location did an adequate job washing and cleaning my car. After leaving the location, though, numerous streaks were observed. But what confirmed I will not return was that the employee who removed my floor mats for cleaning broke the clips holding them in place and threw away the pieces. Nothing was said to me and it was only a few days later that I realized the driver's-side floor mat was no longer secured. For the service I need when I can't wash my car at home (exterior and vacuums) this place gets the job done. The staff is nice and helpful when I've encountered them, and they even seem to pay more attention to the pre-wash/spray than the previous ownership group. A couple of areas for improvement may come with the initial roll up and the vacuums. On the initial roll up, there used to be a mirror that allowed the driver to better align themselves with the tire track. While it may not be a constant across this brand, it may be helpful in the future. With the vacuums, the last couple of times I've been there, the hoses have been clogged causing people to move stations or use equipment that may not reflect this brand's standards. A solution there may be servicing the vacuums more frequently. All in all, I'm usually satisfied when I have to use Flagship Carwash. read more

Well...in line to get our truck cleaned for the THIRD time in 30 mins. The first time we noticed soap was not being dispensed when cleaning our vehicle. The ceramic wax was also not dispensing. We let one of the detailers know so he told us to go back through the line. After a SECOND time of not getting soap or wax, the attendants finally told someone that could actually assist. Stephane let us know there was an issue with the pressure pumps. The THIRD time we came through we also asked for a refund because this has caused us to be late for our appointment as we have now been here for an hour. We spoke with Irena who stated we couldn't be refunded because they let us go through again. We asked if there was an issue with the soap, why were they still allowing cars to go through. They told us that they (the workers) were told to keep the car wash open. So basically they were ripping people off. There were multiple cars that didn't report the issue. Not to mention, the inside of our truck was still dusty after the interior cleaning. Stephane was a great help however this whole situation left a sour taste in our mouths. read more

They are very slow. The line prior to paying is extremely slow even when all lanes are operating. The whole process from the time you pull up to the end of the cleaning takes 50 mins. I know they are under new ownership but they probably need to hire more people and open the second detailing/drying lane. read more

Been a member for years and visited this location for the first time. Went to the express lane. Waited over 30 mins. Literally two people drying cars. Membership reader didn't read my sticker. Below worker came over. Typed the sticker number into the machine. Said it was expired on 5/22. Well that's funny because I visited another location this week and had no problems. He retyped it and pointed to the screen but it wasn't my name. He was ready to use my credit card for someone else's account. I said you're ready to use my card for someone else. He said "Calllllllm down". Guy was clearly overwhelmed. He pulled me up by phone number and it worked. Then he's standing around playing with his phone while others need help. Zero star rating. I too have been charged for another month from their Bowie location which was unauthorized as I did not enter into any monthly agreement with this business. Additionally, this wash service managed to scratch the paint on my vehicle and the the trim on top of doing a very poor job of cleaning my vehicle. I gave them two wash attempts and will not be returning back. I was unable to contact them through their business number which appears to be dead and no other information is available.
