    Conch fritters! Very good!!!
    Scott M.

This was a huge disappointment for dinner tonight. While the conch fritters were a good choice to start, I should have ended there. The skirt steak was way too tough to eat and then the key lime cream brûlée tasted like it was a month old and ice cold.... The service was lacking and my waiter had an odor like he had bathed in clorox- extremely strong to the point that it kinda burned my eyes! The outside venue is nice although people walking from the pool to the hotel take shortcuts through the tables, which is very disruptive. You would think that resort with $800* a night rooms would get it right whenever it comes to a restaurant. Especially one named Flagler after the original owner. I gave it 2 stars because breakfast was okay a couple days ago. I would suggest that anyone staying here make reservations offsite!

Goat Cheese Quesadilla & Skirt Steak

For the price, the food was very average. I enjoyed the quesadillas but they were just missing that WOW factor. Husband said the steak was tender but lacking in flavor. The service was not good, the waitress would leave for long periods, and seem to forget about us. They had live music playing and it was way too loud. The view and layout is nice and relaxing. Was convenient if you are staying there but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

Great outdoor seating with water and sunset views. Small menu, but all on point. Ceviche was delicious. Homemade pasta and lobster special was not heavy. Delicious. Service great. Live music-not loud. Really all set for a very romantic and intimate dinner.

Chicken & catch of the day. Delicious but pricey.

Service was slow considering we were the only table occupied (we ate late). Live music was great & not too loud. Food was delicious but pricey.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It was one of those meals where you immediately know you picked the right place. Just as impressive was the staff--the service was impeccable, and everyone we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we came back later for happy hour and dinner, and somehow it was just as impressive. The staff made us feel right at home again. We had amazing appetizers, great wine, and finished with the snapper entrée, which was absolutely delightful. I'm including a photo because it looked every bit as good as it tasted. It's rare to find a place that delivers this well across breakfast, happy hour, and dinner, but Sarabeth's did exactly that. Fantastic food, incredible service, and an overall experience that really stood out during our time in Key West

While I was checking it out, the bouncer at the bar next door told me it was worth a visit, which sealed the deal. Later that evening, I convinced my friends to go with me. They were expecting a full sit-down dinner, but this is more of a counter-service spot with 6-7 bar stools inside. The setup is simple: place your order at the counter, then either grab a stool or head to the bar next door, where they'll bring your food when it's ready. We chose the bar's patio, which gave us a clear view of the restaurant. It was reassuring to see other groups having their meals delivered over too--it felt like we had discovered the right local gem. The wait was about 25-30 minutes, but that only confirmed everything was being made fresh. And let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it. Our group ordered two jerk chicken plates with plantains, mac n' cheese, and slaw; one oxtail with black beans, rice, and mac n' cheese; and one jerk burger with fries. Every single dish was a hit. The jerk chicken had that perfect smoky spice and heat from the scotch bonnet peppers, balanced with bold Caribbean flavors. The oxtail was tender and flavorful, and even the sides like mac n' cheese and plantains stood out. All in all, this was easily one of the best Caribbean meals I've had anywhere. A true must try when in Key West.
