I cracked the screen on my LG Motion 4G and took it in. They replaced the screen for $60. When I got my phone back it worked fine for about 2 hours. Then the button that turns the phone on and off became unresponsive and my phone would not turn off. I took it back and the man working (Sam, owner I assume) told me that the phone was like that when I brought it in. I insisted that this was not true and he said okay and took the phone in the back and "fixed" the problem. I leave the store and about an hour later my screen completely turns black rendering my phone completely useless. I take it back and he tells me that the screen needs to be replaced AGAIN. So he replaces the screen a 3rd time. The screen on my phone freezes all the time now. The upper part of my screen is completely unresponsive. Instead of taking my phone back AGAIN, I'm just going to buy a new phone. If you break the screen on your phone I would NOT recommend taking it to this place. read more

T mobil wasn't any help so after looking around for places to get it fixed i came accross this place. the reviews were better then any other fix it place in my local area. If you have any any any any issues with Laptop ... this is the right palce to visit.. According to my experience, Im using lenovo Laptop for the past 20 months suddenly one day my screen was flickering and the back light for the screen also going down. I have contacted Lenovo customer care... you guys dont belive they have quoted me around 500 to 600$ for everything and thats not sure it may increase the price if they found anything extra after diagnosing.. This place is a life saver. I will not take my equipment to any other location. I felt like I was being treated fairly, no pressure to fix something that wasn't broken, and felt like I got quality advice and work. I brought a Toshiba Satellite laptop (4 yrs old) and got upgrades, new OS system, new Microsoft software, and fixed a broken cable. Very reasonable pricing. I will be back no doubt. Came here yesterday while Sam was out for lunch, the sign that was posted said he would be back by 3pm but after waiting for about 15 mins he had opened the door, and greeted me. I showed him my iPhone 6 that had a shattered screen, and he instantly gave me a price for the fix, which was very reasonable compared to the other places I went to. He has told me that the fix would take about thirty minutes which was really great! I went to the bank down the street and came back to find that he had already fixed my phone. It only took him around 18 minutes. He even threw in a 9h screen protector for a way better price than those you can find at a carrier store such as AT&T. I have been coming to this place for about five years and usually I have nothing wrong with the place. It is a really great place to get your phone fixed at. They are reasonably price. They matched someone else's price which was awesome. They are very friendly and just want to help The customer instead of just doing it for the money which is awesome. However, this last time I went to fix my screen on my iPhone 5c they fixed my screen beautifully but when I got my phone back it no longer had the vibration setting. I brought my phone back in there to ask what happened why my phone vibrated before I dropped it off and no longer vibrated after I dropped it off. When he took a look at my phone he told me that the vibration sensor went out on my phone and that it just happen sometimes and that he fixed it for me "free of charge" like he was doing me a favor however my phone vibrated before I dropped it off so it was not my phone that just broke out of nowhere it was something he did I wouldn't have been so upset if it wasn't for the fact that he acted like he did me a favor when it was him who broke it in the first place. BUT this is probably the safest and most reliable and will help in anyway they can....when I have any problems with my phone I will still come back to this place.... no one can get it perfect 100% of the time but this place comes close...they will work with you and take care of you as if you are their family. read more

This guy really rips you off you don't know it until it's to late I had token a brand new laptop because I had accidentally put in a virus and I just wanted it gone so I go in and when I got it back I noticed my Dpad wasn't working anymore I asked that guy what was wrong with it and he told me that the sensor was broken and had to be replaced and he would charger me more for ordering the parts. I didn't take it at the moment because I didn't find it that important, days went by weeks and then months and the dpad was getting annoying and not only that my screen keep glitching and shutting off I had enough so I decided to do something myself I went on line and looked how to fix my laptop and I did all I had to do was a hard reset but it was a bit complicated not only that I discovered the reason why my dpad wasn't working the control setting for that was "unable" meaning he turned it off when I found out what was going on I haven't gone to this place anymore and ever since then I haven't had anymore problems with my laptop. I have a small business in town near Fix Cells and I like to keep my bussiness local, so when I needed to upgrade and repair 4 desk tops and 1 laptop I went to the closest repair shop, Fix Cells BIG MISTAKE , With simple repairs and upgrades I thought they could handle it. I was wrong, I had to return each computer to them because all they did was upgrade windows ( donwload free from micorsoft) and created other problems with my computers all of which never repaired to operate properly. DO NOT GO HERE, TRUST ME!! I dropped off my MyTouch 4G there at noon time during lunch and they told me it would be ready within 2 hours. All it was was a cracked screen. They gave me a loaner phone and I was on my way. THREE hours later during my break I return to pick up phone and I get the run around. They tell me it just isnt ready and ask that I return at 4pm. So again, I go back to work and return after work at 5pm. They finally admit to me that while taking my phone apart, they broke my phone (a part on the inside) that he cannot find the part anywhere and that I should now file a claim with my insurance company and take the refurbished phone to them so they can trade parts with it and the insurance company will never know. Umm..I asked if that was right to do and his response was "They wont know" I had to pay my insurance company a $130 deductible and when I asked for him to please put my phone together, he insited that I take the refurbished phone to him. Not only did I waste my time, my gas and had to spend additional money on my deductible but now my brand new MyTouch has a part that was not broken to begin with ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE. TRUST ME. you're better off going thorugh your insurance company and doing things legit. I hate to do it, because people make mistakes and I understand they did not break it on purpose but giving a customer the run around and suggesting wrongdoing doesnt say anything good about a business, therefore I will be contacting the better business bureau! read more
