I love this place!!! They made my day! I called this morning about my Blackberry Bold 9000 screws being stripped. He told me to bring it in. I needed to remove screws and replace trackball. I already had replacement trackball but couldn't get 2 of the 5 screws out. This guy fixed it in 25 minutes for a reasonable fee. I would've spent more going to Home Depot buying the tools to remove screws.(still might not have worked) They are FAST, FAIR AND HONEST!!! If you have an issue with your cell phone save yourself time and money and bring it here. They saved me approx $300 because I was ready to buy a new phone. I don't like leaving negative reviews but enough is enough I have gave this place multiple chances for my business and they have proved time and time again they are ripping people off. First time I took my brand new iphone to get the screen fixed even though it was just a very small scratch because I was being picky but the phone worked just fine when I went to pick it up the guy said I fixed your screen but the phone won't turn on which makes no sense as to how it was in perfect condition when I took it in but now it won't turn on!? I had to go pay for another brand new phone. This last time I took my laptop because it wasn't charging and he tried telling me the motherboard doesn't work and it was gonna be like 500 to fix it, I said no thank you took it to a family friend that was able to fix it in under 30 mins because nothing major was actually wrong with it ! to top it off the guy said you can leave me your laptop and I will give you $30 credit to buy another laptop from me ! I found them through Google, I really wanted my BB to be fixed ASAP. The place was very clean, a nice waiting room and chairs along, flanked by a cocktail table with a nicely fanned-out collection of magazines. Nice big screen TV across from the seating area. I was just glad I got my phone fixed right away! I had to get the chrome circle around my trackball replaced .He replaced it within two minutes and I was good to go. So my screen protector had crack on my IPhone 8 Plus the place next to my office was closed and I decided by the reviews to try FixCell the gentleman who was working was very friendly and gave me a great deal he gave me a stronger temper glass than I had for better price and even fix my sons IPhone 7 Plus screen a lot cheaper than most places wound have charged. The best little "whole in the wall" computer business in OC. Honest, straight out and to the point. These guys deliver what they promise at the price quoted. Friendly service, a home feeling. I was shopping for an inexpensive clean-up for an old computer I have so that my grandkids would use it when they visit and leave my alone. Sam said "for a little more you can have this computer "my friend" and you will be happy.....welll...I AM AND SO IS MY FAMILY. After smashing the holy cr@p out of her Iphone 4... my wife brought it here to see if it was able to be fixed. They repaired the screen and rest of the phone... although the screen didn't quite fit as well as it was supposed to, they did manage to have the display work. However, the phone was stuck in some kind of safe mode or something as we couldn't get past the itune screen. We were told that is something that had to be fixed at the apple store... and they're probably right. ASking them to fix this cell after the way my wife completely obliterated it, might've been asking for a miracle. But they did a decent job. And the price was ok - $100. For that I'll give em 3 stars. I have another phone that I need to have my display fixed on... if they do a good job on that one @ decent price, I"ll definitely leave em 5 stars. read more

This place is average at most for cellular repairs. I broke the LCD and touch screen on my Droid RAZR Maxx. I went there on a Monday, and left the phone there. They said it would take 3 days to receive my screen and I agreed. Its Thursday, and the phone still wasn't fixed. They said come back Friday. I went on Friday only to find out that the phone wasn't holding battery and that the phone still wasn't ready. I go back Saturday and the phone is finally done. The part was 80 plus the 45 for labor. That's $125 to fix my phone. The screen works good now, but the installation was somewhat brutal. Emblems that were on the phone come off now. The memory card tab that opens and closes is bent and always opens now. There are permanent marks on the screen that won't come off whether the phone is off or on. There are small gaps around the phone where they pryed it open . Some stickers are missing. For $125, I expected a really good job. I would give it 4 stars if the price was lower. At least my phone works now. read more

The glass on the back of my iphone 4s was cracked and my phone kept dying at 35%. I took it to the apple store, but they would've charge 70usd just for the battery!! I went to FIXCELL on a whim, however i did call ahead to be sure they had iPhone parts. The guy that works/owns FIXCELL was real professional and seemed genuinely concerned w my "problem". 3 stars because the guy gave me a higher estimate IN STORE than he did over the phone. thankfully, i quickly reminded him that i was not to be played like a sucker. i do have to give them credit for replacing my cracked lcd screen on my BB bold 9700 under 15 mins. i paid $95 flat. compared to other places i researched, they did have one of the lower prices for fixing cracked lcd screens, and the fastest service time. I broke my ankle and had to resort to carrying my Samsung S4 cell phone in my back pocket. Well of course it dropped out of my pocket into the toilet! I googled "dropped my S4 in the toilet" and the majority of the advice was get it to an expert because you have no idea what damage was done on the inside. Well that's just what I did. This company is a fraud and obviously they do not have any idea of what they are doing. I had my cell phone fixed there twice and still not fixed and/or working. They were rude and did not want to take responsibility of their actions did not refund my money. My phone is not working, so I am out of phone and out of money. They do not deserve to stay in business, and soon they will close their doors. I believe the good reviews are fake. They do not match their actions. Great place. This is my 3rd time here. 1st experience: my iPhone 4S was cracked in front and back, after asking around at over 5 or more places this definitely was the best deal. Omar fixed it without a problem in about 30 min. Cost me $85 in total for back and front. 2nd experience: speaker stopped working, so I took it here and it was fixed in about 30 min as well and cost about $55 which I think is pretty good. 3rd experience: Front and back screen were cracked and the owner Tom I think his name is, was there this time, I asked how long it would take and he said a couple hours because he had a few phones ahead, so I asked if there was anyway he can get it done in about 30-45 min and so he did. I work as a barber so I told him I had no problem taking his cards to promote it and he gladly gave me a stack. I will def let people know this is the spot. A hook up for a hookup. read more

Once again Sam comes to the rescue! I had an iPhone 5s with a seriously jacked up screen and LCD that I needed fixed asap. Sam was able to help me out and gave me an excellent service. I have been here a few times now but have never left a review. As it is my fourth time here and having experienced great service, I feel this store deserves a great review. The first three times I was here I needed a cracked screen replaced, first on my HTC EVO and then twice needed the screen replaced on my regular HTC. All times I was treated to fast and inexpensive service by the staff. I checked around and Fixcell beat all other shops with their prices. And, the phone worked great too. The last time I was here I needed the screen replaced on my MacBook Pro. Other places quoted me $200-$250, which I thought was outrageous, since you can buy the screen for $20-$30 online. However, when I went to Fixcell (who also does computers) they charged me $110 out the door. Once the part came in the computer was done within one day. It also works great and looks as good as new. Thus, I was prompted to give this review. The quality, service, and prices here are great. I wouldn't go anywhere else, of course unless they were significantly less expensive, but trust me, someplace like that would be hard to find (this cheap guy knows). I know for electronic fixes, lots of things can go wrong, but they haven't yet for me here - so give them a shot. read more

AWESOME !!!! I have a Blackberry Bold 9000 from AT&T. My trackball stopped rolling downward a week ago and it was driving me nuts. I went to AT&T but they couldn't help except to try to sell me a new / upgrade phone. I did a Google search, found "Cute R Celfons" and called today at 1:00pm - Adam told me - no problem we can fix it in 15 minutes. I left Newport Beach and got there by 1:30 and was home by 2:05 with a new trackball installed for 20 bucks - it's as good as new. Adam was terrific.
