It's so nice to have outlets that work and don't require other lights to be on for use. Happy with our decision to get the work done.

It's so hard to find quality service so when I do, I want everyone to know! Eulises and his team (Fix Heating & Cooling) exceeded my expectations. I've had old electrical problems for years. After posting about my electrical issues on Yelp, Eulises got back to me right away to give me a quote. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and the quote (price) for the work was great. The team was always friendly, worked well, and left my house clean. The areas they worked on look better now than ever. I'm so pleased with the work! If you need an A/C, A/C repairs, or electrical work, Eulises and his team is the way to go!

We have a multiple problem with our centralized AC, we needed it badly and he is able to come and fix it. Our Outside fan is not working, tripping breaker and damaged wires. This was all fixed and now we can enjoy our AC again with this heatwave.

I am a property manager, and I have called Eulises to help with a wall furnace thermometer, and water heater installation. Eulises not only resolved my issues, but went above and beyond with his service and was able to alleviate my worries with his knowledge and experience. It was a pleasure at one point to get to meet his father on one of the work days on property. Family experience passed down and Eulises was so reliable and is dependable with clear communication. Thank you Eulises for your service! FYI: This marks a year after Eulises completed a water heater installation and inspection of water heaters on property and have had no issues since. Definitely recommend.

But since the original construction of my home had a poor central AC vent design and no kitchen exhaust vent, there were major temperature differences throughout the house. Edison and his team came back several times over the past year and in stages helped me install 2 new HVAC vents and a kitchen exhaust vent, and now every square inch of my home is cool and comfortable. Even better, because the heat pump is so efficient, we haven't noticed a significant increase in our electricity bill, even though the system runs quietly in the background 24/7. Shout out to Thomas, who helped us figure out the vent placement and also installed the vents. These guys are the best. Not the cheapest, but certainly the best overall value. Hire them!

They insisted on it. That was over a year ago. Since then the unit has died about once a month - which, if you think about it, is the most reliable thing about them. Here's how the subscription works: it breaks, a tech shows up, "fixes" it, pretends he cleaned it, and tells us how hard they work. Never the same tech twice. None of them bring tools. One borrowed my screwdriver. Another borrowed my ladder. I'm paying above-average prices to rent my own equipment back to myself. Last breakdown, I call to schedule. We open at 2 PM. The receptionist, with all the warmth of a DMV ticket machine: "We only do mornings." Earliest slot? Two weeks out. For an estimate. Not a repair. A f*cking estimate. Fine. I wait the two weeks. Nobody shows. No call. No text. Nastya at Boom Beauty Time fixed eleven weeks of damage in one appointment. These people, operating out of Compton from what I can tell, couldn't make it to downtown in fourteen days. That's not a commute. That's a migration. So I climbed on the roof and opened the panel myself. Pictures attached. Wire nuts everywhere like a piñata went off. A bare red wire just hanging out. The board looks fried, and instead of replacing it, somebody bypassed it with a 5-amp breaker labeled "LIL POPPER," zip-tied to nothing, dangling in there like an air freshener off a rearview mirror. Pretty sure it came off Alibaba. Shawty's working the front desk with the young crew now. She's still in mourning since Spirit went out of business - no more budget Miami runs, no more Motel 6 by the beach. She keeps her last boarding pass in her wallet like a widow keeps a ring. The heat did not help the grieving process. And naturally Aiden was there. Spider-Man Crocs. Juice box held like a cigar. He's out of his forklift-video phase - it's HVAC repair videos now. I showed him the photo. He paused his video. Studied it. Then hit play and turned the tablet away from me. In Aiden currency, that's one star and a restraining order. The mystery got solved later. I called the number on a card one of the techs left me, hoping he'd come through on the side. He quit. Says they pay pennies and treat the techs like sh*t, so nobody stays. That explains everything. One star. Not for the techs - for whoever signs their checks. Pay your people. And ERS Towing, relax. You've been demoted to second-worst.

They originally booked me for Saturday but told me they would call if an earlier appointment became available. To my surprise, they contacted me the very next day because of a cancellation. Our technician, Fabian, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and also educated us on the importance of routine A/C maintenance to help prevent future problems. I really appreciated that he answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The entire experience, from scheduling to the repair, was excellent. It's hard to find a company that's responsive, honest, and reliable, but this one exceeded our expectations. We will definitely continue using them for all of our future heating and air conditioning needs. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with Southwest HVAC…read more I called Southwest HVAC in April to have my AC serviced before summer because I have a newborn at home and wanted to make sure our system was reliable before the hot weather hit. I specifically took the initiative to have the unit maintained ahead of time because keeping my family comfortable and safe was a priority. During that visit, Southwest HVAC charged me $1,000 for a capacitor and a hard-start kit. I thought the price was extremely high, but I agreed to pay it because I trusted that I was paying for professional service and, more importantly, peace of mind that my AC would be ready for the summer. Fast-forward ONLY FIVE MONTHS and my AC won't even turn on. Naturally, I called Southwest HVAC expecting them to stand behind the work they had performed just five months earlier. Instead, I was told I would have to pay another $100 diagnostic fee just for them to come out and look at the system. That's what I find completely unacceptable. You charged me $1,000 to service and repair my AC, and less than five months later the system isn't even turning on--and your response is essentially, "Pay us another $100 and we'll take a look." If you are going to charge customers premium prices for HVAC work, I expect a reasonable level of accountability when the equipment fails shortly after you serviced it. I shouldn't have to pay another fee simply to find out whether the work I already paid you $1,000 for was done properly or whether the components you installed have failed. The timing is especially frustrating because I specifically had this work done BEFORE summer precisely so I wouldn't end up in this situation. I have a newborn in the house, and now I'm dealing with a non-functioning AC in the middle of summer after paying this company $1,000 for service only five months ago. $1,000 in April. AC completely dead in September. Another $100 just to get someone to diagnose it. That is not what I consider good customer service, and it certainly isn't what I expected when I paid Southwest HVAC to service my system. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and comparing prices before giving this company your business. Based on my experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the way they handled the situation afterward.

From start to finish, their team showed professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to getting the job done right--even when things didn't go exactly as planned. The job was a big one and took three days to complete, which we expected given the complexity of switching over systems. There were a few hiccups along the way (as with any major home project), but what impressed us most was how the crew handled them. They stayed on top of every issue, communicated clearly, and didn't leave until everything was functioning exactly as it should. The difference in efficiency and comfort with the new heat pump system is incredible. We appreciate all the hard work that went into the install--it was no easy task, but the team at Superior really lived up to their name. Highly recommend them, especially if you're considering upgrading your HVAC system or making the switch to a heat pump. They truly care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. I received about 6 quotes and Superior's pricing fell right in the middle of the quotes, but due to Israel's great communication we decided to move forward with Superior.
