So happy I found this company!!! Honest prices and great technician! Will be doing seasoning contract with them ! Thanks Manny read more

We had our ducting replaced and had two mini splits installed at our home. Alan and his crew are fantastic. They were knowledgeable, professional, consultative (willing to ask and answer questions to make certain that we were happy with the installation plan) - they did what they said they would, when they said they would, for the price that they said they would. They worked with our city to get the permits and approvals - not always an easy task. And they coordinated with the electrician to get the work completed in an orderly fashion. I can high recommend Lambert Heating and Air Conditioning read more

I previously used Lambert Heating for a 2-zone HVAC installation and was happy with their service and started using them for any problems that needed fixing. However, during the last year I've had two instances where the furnace stopped working and I had to wait 2-weeks to get a tech to the house. I cancelled the last appointment because who wants to suffer for 2-weeks just to get service. I called another company and they came to the house the next day and it was fixed. So I think Lambert is probably good for new installations but if you want service, I would go elsewhere unless you're OK waiting a long time. And to be honest, when I need my next furnace (unfortunately probably in the next few years) I won't be using Lambert because I know they won't be able to service any problems in a timely manner. The employees are very nice, as is Alan. Prices are reasonable. read more

Really appreciate the outstanding service provided by Manuel! He always goes the extra mile, which creates customer loyalty. Had my compressor replaced and was provided with an overview of my HVAC system. Felt more knowledgeable after the service call. Thanks, Lambert Heating and AC! read more

I was referred to Alan and so glad I was. I bought my first home last year and did not know I should have yearly maintenance completed on my unit. Alan made it simple for me to schedule and Manny showed up to my home where the maintenance was done. I am very happy with services provided. Honest and Reliable. read more

It's always a pleasure working with Lambert. They have the absolute best price with outstanding customer service. My parents AC unit went out and Alan was able to get a tech to diagnose and get the issue solved in a few days since they had to order new Motor and hamster wheel. Thank you Alan! read more

We found Alan's company after working with several average AC/heating vendors over the years in Long Beach. Alan and his staff respond in a timely and courteous manner. They arrive within the time window they give you. They call/text to give you an ETA. We have had a great experience with them servicing our AC/heating unit over the years. We do a yearly maintenance service in May to ensure all systems are ready to go for the summer. This proved incredibly helpful when our AC unit died during the record heat wave this summer (July 2024). Gabriel came out that day to assess the problem and found a leak. He refilled the coolant to get us through the heat wave. It turned out the leak was much more extensive and the coolant was not enough. We needed a new unit. They emailed us a quote for a new condenser unit right away. The price was very fair and Alan, himself, came out to install the new unit as soon as possible. Thank you to Alan and his team (Harold in the office and Gabriel, the tech team). You and your house need Team Lambert to keep your heating and cooling system functioning at its most efficient all year round. read more

The people are just wonderful. I have always had great service. Been with them for more than 10 years. You couldn't ask for better. Great job guys. read more

My first experience was several years ago and the owner Alan came out and replaced my variable fan on furnace unit. He also wen the extra mile to find out that the unit was still under warranty so I got it for a great price. If I remember correctly, they sent him one the first time that wasn't up to his standards so he sent it back and they sent another one. He installed it, and was very professional and polite. Manuel has come by several times to service my A/C and furnace. He's always polite covers his shoes when he comes inside, always explains what he's doing and why. He'll answer all your questions and let you know what his recommendations are for your problems. When he's working, I'll hang out and chat with him while he's running diagnostics on my A/C. Some contractors don't like you bothering them. Manuel will gladly explain everything he's doing. If you hang out long enough you could probably learn a thing or two about your system. I don't really shop around for best price. I look for people I can trust to do the job right, charge a fair price and answer any questions I have. Lambert Heating and Air has always done that me. read more

I have had three units installed in my three properties since 2020. The prices have been competitive with other estimates. Alan Lambert is a straight forward Honest person to deal with. His installers and service professional are the best in the industry. I recommend a quote for your next project. You will not be disappointed.... read more

As president of our HOA I work with a lot of vendors. Most are "ok." Many of my neighbors used Lambert to install their AC systems, a process that needs board approval. I was always impressed with the work Lambert prepared for our review and the results that my neighbors got from working with him. So when my furnace had problems, I contacted Lambert Heating. From start to finish, Alan was personable and professional. My brother is an architect and gave favorable feedback on the plan to replace my furnace. My furnace was installed quickly and quietly with no mess. Lambert additionally offered to arrange asbestos removal which was so quick and efficient that I had to check that they had done anything. Lambert is my official vendor for all things HVAC related. read more

We experienced a failure of our 90-year-old gravity furnace in mid-December and realized that we needed to install a modern HVAC system ASAP. Lambert provided us a number of options, and committed to get the job started right away. They delivered on everything they promised. Their crew was polite, respectful and efficient. We now have reliable heat whenever we needed, with the addition of cooling when the warmer months roll around. I highly recommend them. read more

Had a great first experience with Lambert H&AC. Manny visited my condo for a seasonal tune-up and covered everything from A to Z about how my system operates, the components that need routine maintenance, useful life remaining on my system, potential replacement costs, etc. I'll definitely be calling Lambert every year for my seasonal tune-up, and anytime in between when I need maintenance or repairs to my HVAC. read more

Have nothing but awesome things to say about Lambert and especially the technician M Higuera who came out. He was so helpful in explaining how things worked. My heater was hot and then went to just blowing cold air. We immediately found the igniter to be bad. He went out and got a brand new identical model. Installed it, cleaned the flame sensor and things worked but stalled. So we went around trouble shooting things. Found out my filter was a bit too thick and causing issues. Nothing but great things to say and will continue to perform HVAC maintenance with Lamber read more

I highly recommend this company. The owner Alan was professional and provided excellent communication in a timely manner. The job was completed as agreed. Anthony and Frankie worked on replacing the HVAC and ductwork. They were on time daily, worked quietly, and surprisingly did the work in a very challenging narrow area in my attic. They did a very professional job from beginning to end. We already recommended them to a neighbor who asked for a recommendation. read more

My 12 yr old Rudd AC condenser unit was not working and I was provided with a full replacement recommendation by another HVAC company I found online. Doing my research, I found that Amana had good warranties so I decided to call local partners. Found 4-5 partners but many did not have yelp reviews until I came across Lambert. Scheduled appointment and met with Alan (the owner) to come out which was fast, easy, and within couple days of my call. When Alan arrived, he was super friendly. I told him the situation and he immediately had questions since it didn't add up. He shared that he's been doing this a long time and wanted to take a look first. He has high standards and wanted to do his own due diligence. 10 minutes later, I heard the AC unit turn on. He discovered the problem and it was a bad thermostat. I was very happy since I didn't have to cop out thousands of dollars for a new unit. I am scheduled to have them replace the thermos as next steps. Quote for the thermos and installation was also very reasonable. I would recommend Alan and Lambert to others. Lucky to find a local HVAC company with strong morale. Will definitely be a return and lifetime customer. Thanks Lambert! Y'all rock! read more

First company I called in the area and I was thrilled to be able to get a same day appointment! Estimated time 1-3 pm and arrived promptly closer to 1:30. I was expecting way later like other companies. Alan was extremely professional, courteous followed COVID-19 mask protocol and even ( wore shoe covers) which I've never seen any technician from any other company do before. Walked me through everything he was doing, explained exactly what the issues were and gave me an honest and thorough second opinion after I was told by first company my unit was completely inoperable. I will definitely use this company when it's time to replace my unit. Completely satisfied with the high level of work. Thank you! read more

In April of 2021 we had Lambert Heating and Air Conditioning install a new AC condenser and coil. The old unit was about 30 years old and was on it's last legs. After a number of quotes and meetings with various companies we decided to go with Alan at Lambert. We were not disappointed!!! Alan's crew was awesome, working quickly and all keeping their masks on while inside our home. On top of the quality work, the price offered was well below any other quotes we obtained! I have purposefully waited for the summer months to pass to make sure the unit worked well in the hot months of July and August. The unit is AMAZING and keeps our home cool. Highly recommend these services for Whittier and the surrounding area! read more

My AC quit working and was not happy with the prior company that had worked on it in the past. So I called Classic Plumbing who had recently performed some plumbing work who I trusted. They referred me to Lambert Heating and Air. They set up an appointment and showed up on time. Manuel, the technician, turned on the system and inspected the central AC. He found the problem and fortunately had the part in his van. Manuel was very thorough, skilled and just overall a great guy. I was formerly a director of facilities and have worked with many technicians and Manuel and Lambert Heating and Air is top notch ! read more

Top notch service, professional installers and reasonable prices- all made a difference. However, the most important thing to us was the Integrity with which Alan Lambert runs his business. He and his crew did exactly what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it. This included installing both a new AC and Heating system for us and taking out our old systems. They were always in communication with us, worked efficently and did a really great job. This is the second time we've worked with Alan and his staff, and I'd give them all a higher rating if there was one. read more

Did a great job in answering our call promptly and providing next day service for maintenance. In the process they discovered a gas leak and addressed it immediately. Highly recommend as one of the companies out there with a competitive rate for services and attention to detail. They made helpful recommendations for additional service/repair for our A/C unit, but still given their reasonable price for repairs, shopped around for a second opinion just because it's just a smart thing to do. read more

I don't write many reviews, but felt I needed to do so because of the superb service I received from Lambert. I own a rental unit in the LA area that I manage remotely. I needed to hire someone very dependable and trustworthy since I needed to install a new HVAC unit (old unit was at least 40 years old). I received about 4 proposals and talked to each of the contractors over the phone. I talked to Alan and he was very professional and up front with his proposal and explained what he thought was best for my unit. Further, his price was the most reasonable among the other contractors, even though that was not the deciding factor in selecting Lambert. Alan informed me of a significant rebate for a heat pump, which I was not aware of, but that's when I realized Alan was very honest and looking out for my best interest. I selected Alan and everything, including the installation date, installation, and timing of receiving the rebate was spot on. It was important since I had planned to fly into LA to oversee the work and everything went very well. I would honestly say working with Alan has been a great experience and it's not often you can say that about every contractor. He's completely honest, trustworthy, and dependable, which in my view, are the most important traits when hiring someone for a significant job. And, it didn't hurt that his proposal was the most reasonable and made the most sense. If you are looking to replace/repair your HVAC unit, no need to look further. Just contact Lambert without hesitation! read more

Lambert Heating and Air Conditioning installed AC/Heating for several of our properties including my personal residence. I cannot say enough great things about this company. The owner Alan is pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable and offers several options to find the right solution within your budget. Very happy customer after an AC / furnace install at my 1960s condo. Every one of their technicians is on-time, courteous, patient, and cares about the customer. This says to me that Alan Lambert takes care of his team and holds them to a high standard. Their pricing is the best. We've recommended them to all our neighbors, all with happy results. read more

Lambert has been really helpful with me. Needed help with my Nest thermostat install as customer service told me I could not do it by myself and would help from a profesional. Turned out parts were needed. They ordered the parts for me and came back to complete the install. Everything works fine now. Very responsive. Great service. read more

Our A/C messed up. They came the next day and took care of it pretty quickly. We usually deal with another company but this company was so efficient and the gentlemen we spoke to and the one that came were very professional and kind. I can't remember their names, but I won't forget the company. They'll be our go to from now on. read more

I was referred to this company from people in the community app called Next Door. I called in because my A/C unit didn't seem to be draining. Manuel called letting me know he was running early and if he could arrive 30 before the appointment time. Once he got here he tested my vents, vacuumed the drain line. He did some maintenance in the attic unit. He was very detailed and thorough. He went above and beyond to ensure there was no clog. I used to have a diff company come in and do the A/C maintenance and they never did half the job Manuel did today. I'm going to continue calling Lambert's for the annual A/C maintenance. Thank you! read more

We needed to replace our condenser and get a new air conditioning system (the old one was about 30 years old.) After explaining to Alan what we were looking for as far as how to cool our house down, he gave us a few options. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Their price couldn't be beat! The job was done in 2 days and with the recent very hot days, we were able to use the new system. It works wonderfully! read more

We were referred to Alan by a neighbor years ago and have been more than happy with the service ever since. We recently had to have our AC condenser replaced and Manuel patiently explained what our options were. Both Alan and Manuel are friendly and very knowledgeable, we definitely feel like we get a good value and don't ever feel that we are being upsold for service or repairs we don't need. We continue to refer Alan to family and friends. read more

Manuel arrived on time and prepared with two new filters for my annual AC / Furnace checkup. One was for me to replace in six months. As always, the services rendered were excellent. efficient, congenial and respectful. I have to add that Manuel had booties and a mask on the entire time... I never had to ask. Thank you again for your continued outstanding service! read more

I found Lambert Heating and AC on my neighborhood app as suggested by those that live in my area. Lambert, as opposed to other companies that also came to give me estimates, was the most knowledgeable and the one company that listened to my concerns and what I actually wanted. Lambert 's technician, Manuel was very courteous and walked me through the process, giving me that extra bit of knowledge when I dealt with the other company representatives. Lambert was definitely the best and ultimately won my business. The technicians were observant of current guidelines we are abiding by, and exceeded my expectations with the job. I also decided to get new registers throughout and an air conditioner to boot. The owner of the company, Alan Lambert, came to supervise the job multiple times. I was very happy with that attention to detail and care. Overall, I would recommend Lambert, they listen, they are courteous, and I am very pleased with the outcome. read more

I had never used these guys, but my normal guy that I have been using for almost 20 years kept giving me the run around so I had to gave to work on a furnace on my rental. These guys were straight forward and honest. read more

This is a truly honest and reputable company who will give you excellent installation and repair work on heating and A/C systems for a reasonable price. Another company gave me an estimate of several thousand dollars to get my furnace going after a cold rainy holiday weekend. After I recovered from the shock, I called Alan with Lambert and he came over an fixed the system for $120, and threw in some roof flashing with the job! He had done some A/C work on the system this past summer and knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed it quickly... tradesmen like Alan are worth their weight in gold!!! read more

On 07/05/2017 I had Manuel Higuera come out to replace the filter for my A/C. What I thought was strange was that he kept saying he knows people and that he is honest. From my experience, if you are honest, you don't need to tell someone. Furthermore, he was gone for a long time and told me my a/c needed repair in the amount of $3,300. I asked him what would happen if it was not repaired and he stated it would just stop. I told him that I could not afford that and would take my chances. To make a long story short, Gorsuch came to replace the filter and it turns out it was thrown in there and a new structure had to be built for the filter which cost me $550.0. I don't want anyone else to go through this. Please do not use this company. BTW-I just found the receipt today and Manuel still works there. read more

Alan came and visited my home and spent quite a bit of time going through all the possible solutions to increase air flow. He's really patient, courteous and honest. I would highly recommend his services. read more

We've been using and recommending Lambert Heating and Air for almost 20 years. Alan installed our heating and AC system in our house when we first bought it and has been servicing it ever since. The unit came with a 10 year warranty so the few needed repairs/service in the first ten years were covered with no questions asked. And since then, the few repairs/services have been minimal and very fairly priced. I wish all contractors were like Alan and his team. You simply can't go wrong by selecting them to either install or repair your system. read more

I called Lambert's service now and spoke to the owner, told him that I had just got a quote from another service Co here in Downey that was just too high ($650). Mr. Lambert not only beat the pricing ($220) he was nice enough to let me now that the part I needed was still under warranty which the competitor either forgot to tell me or just didn't care enough to look it up. After that phone call Lambert's has one my business and if any one ask I will refer them as fair and honest providers. Thank you Lamberts read more
