Had some insurance work done here about 1 1/2 year ago on my front bumper. Was initially impressed with the work but, after some time the clear coat started to peel. Someone reversed out and back into my toyota sienna. The SUV damaged my hood, bumper, rims, axel, driver side fender/door and internal parts. I decided to take it to Banh Collision Center because of the all the great review that they had. The service that they provided was top notch. Everyone was professional and answered all the questions and concerned that I had. When it was time to pick up the van, it looked like nothing had happened to the van. All the seams lined up and the paint match the rest of the van. About a month later someone side swipe the rear passenger side (rear door, rear quarter panel, rear rim, and bumper) on my leased toyota camry... Of course I took it to Banh Collision Center. They had a less then a week to complete my car because my lease was up. The quality of work that they do to repair the car is outstanding. Worst Idea Ever To Take It To This Shop ... If You Have a 2010-up Car don't take it here they suck ass big time couldn't fix my 2018 Honda Civic Si Correct Put the Fog lights Wrong Also Back Bumper Where it got it was put in wrong also front bumper was also put wrong they just suck go to your dealership trust body shop ... "Eric" was saying that's how my fog lights go and yet I taken my bumper 10 times I know how they go also they buff my car they did a ass job on it ... look at the pictures... Absolutely terrible service. I was referred to this company through my work for repair on a minor dent in the rear end because some minor that was under the influence hit my car. It has been 2 months now and there has been absolutely no progress. The receptionist that I spoke to 2 months ago was extremely friendly and helpful but as of last week I contacted the store for any updates and the new receptionist with a bad attitude was not helpful whatsoever and told me that she'd need to get back to me by the end of the day and hung up immediately without giving me a chance to say anything. A week passed by and still I have not heard anything from the car company so I called back this week. Same lady, same bad attitude and when I told her about my experience last week she tried to talk over me giving me the same spiel she gave me last time saying "i will have to call the insurance company and i will give you a call back later. Okay? Have a good day" and when I explained to her that she said the same thing last week, she tried making an excuse saying that the previous person that i spoke to is no longer with their company and gave me a bogus and insincere apology. But the funny thing is, she was the exact person that I talked to last week giving the exact same name same voice and same bad attitude. Such BS and terrible service. They need to get rid of HER instead of the one from a few months ago. And guess what she said she was going to call that day or the day after still AND NO CALL BACK. read more

Highly recommend! My vehicle was having issues with its a/c (it wasn't blowing cold) I took it twice to two other agencies and only anti freeze and some sealer was added. Long story short a/c was still blowing hot. I live in the coachella valley and decided to drive out to Banh Collision to see if they could figure out what the problem was. This is the best body shop in southern CA! To make it quick and simple! The office is clean as soon as you go in, met a guy name Joe. Took my 2014 1500 Silverado with the rear left fender dented (mom backed up ad clipped it months ago) and he gave me a price to have the dent fixed and repainted..Did it all for affordable price..my truck looks brand new again! Oh and I also got a courtesy ride home when I dropped off my truck at the shop. When I picked it up I did not like how the paint blended with the rest of the truck, to make it blend in Joe went far and beyond and had my whole truck get a buff out so the rest of the paint blended with the new paint. Old paint had wind dust. When they return your vehicle they wash it real good & clean (exterior and interior)!!!I will definitely come back when needed. Joe is the way to go! read more
