Highly recommend this place! I understand why they are on a preferred list for my insurance! Very professional, great customer service, great communication! Worked quickly but efficiently. Only critique, on their website they say they offer rides locally but we found out they do not. However, they did rectify it when my husband dropped off our vehicle! Our car looked fantastic after it was completed! Big shout out to Mr. James who was so helpful! read more

Highly recommend! My vehicle was having issues with its a/c (it wasn't blowing cold) I took it twice to two other agencies and only anti freeze and some sealer was added. Long story short a/c was still blowing hot. I live in the coachella valley and decided to drive out to Banh Collision to see if they could figure out what the problem was. Tommy immediately found the leak. He showed me exactly where it was located and tested it out for me so I could see the leak first hand. We had the part ordered and installed within no time. I highly recommend everyone to take their vehicle to Banh Collision if need serviced in any form. Banh Collision is trustworthy, honest, and professional. read more

Excellent service, they fixed the large dent from the back of my car, left it looking like new. Reasonable price.

I had a pretty big noticeable dent and scratches on my truck, due to the trashcan jumping out from nowhere and attack my truck as I was turning. That's the story I told my husband so we'll stick to that story. Well I took it to here to get it fix and now my truck looks brand new again. Awesome customer service and very resonable priced. I will definitely return if anymore trashcan decide to attack my truck again. read more

I had my car repaired here a while back but it wasn't until today that I created a yelp account and that is why I'm barely posting a review. Joe and his team were very helpful throughout the entire month my car was there. The repair took much longer than I expected but I know that parts for my car were hard to get. There were a few minor things I wasn't happy with when I got the car back but Joe had it fixed to my satisfaction right away. I would definitely recommend this shop. read more

I recently got my car back from Joe Banh and all I got to say I'm in love with my car all over again. It got keyed all the way around. Joe took my car in with no hesitation and with an affordable price. I am probably his most annoying customer he had to deal with because I would call him almost everyday to check on the car. But at the end it came out the way he promised and the way I had expected it. I would recommend Banh Auto Collision to anyone. Not only for the affordable price but also the great work he does and the amazing customer service he has. He will definitely take care of you. read more

A++++++.. I recently got into a huge accident and was looking for a fast place to get me back on the road again without the hassle of spending an arm and a leg for. I came across this place through a friend who told me about this new place who had recently open down the street from him and decided to go in for a quick estimate. To my surprise I was greeted with the most FRIENDSLY and HELPFUL employee, who promised me one of the LOWEST PRICE around. After countless hours doing Google searches and getting what seems like thousands of estimation for other collision places, I decided to try my luck with this place. The price was AMAZINGLY LOW and the workmanship was way beyond what I expected. I am extremely satisfied with the paint job and can't even tell that my car was previously in an accident. I'm so grateful to have come across a place like this and will definitely come back to get the dents out of my mini van. Thanks Bahn Collision :) read more

I highly recommend this place! It's very clean and I absolutely love the service and people here at Bahn! They were very personable and friendly and fixed my truck in the time that was quoted. My truck looks amazing! Plus you can't find a lower quote anywhere in SoCal. Thank you Bahn! read more

Brought my Audi here not too long ago and the staff was very kind and Joe treated me like family. Joe answered all of my questions fully and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable leaving my car with them since this was my first time at a collision center. He gave me a great deal and was very passionate about his work which made me feel better about leaving my car with Banh. Was very timely as well. Gave me a run down of how long it would take if everything went well and if there were delays in things such as part availability. He promised me my car would look like it just came off the lot and let me tell you, he delivered. When I pulled up to pick up my wheels, I saw it parked right at the entrance and I couldn't help but smile because my car was looking healthy, pristine and beautiful. I couldn't wait to get behind the wheel after not being able to drive it for over a week. Overall I was impressed with their work and I rank them 5-stars for it. However, the reason why I am giving them 4-stars is because when I turned on my car, before driving off, the air bag light and parking break malfunction light came on. I didn't think too much of it because I thought it would go away after driving it considering it's been a week since it was last driven. Both lights stayed on since I picked it up and had to take it in to the dealership to get it looked at and they told me that the lights were triggered because of the body work that was done to my car. The dealership took care the fault codes and the lights are off but something I'm not getting back is the $150 I spent at the dealership for taking care of this issue. Not a huge price to pay but $150 is $150. Other than this hiccup I highly recommend this place for body work no doubt because of their customer service, timeliness and quality of work. On top of that they detailed my car before handing it over to me, huge plus. Definitely on the top of my list for collision centers of my car ever needs more body work done. Thanks Joe and the Banh Collision team for restoring my car! read more

I just had my bumper fixed on my car, it was almost coming off of my car on one side. I saw the great reviews and thought I would give them a try. When I went to pick up my car my bumper was not put on correctly, it was uneven on the same it had damaged. I ask the owner why my bumper wasn't put on even he said because I had damaged I couldn't see. If he know I had damaged he should have called me and told me I had extra damaged so that I could have made the decision to take it to another shop because my insurance wasn't going to pay for it. When I showed him they didn't put it on correctly He laughed and said you can barley see it's uneven. If I can see its uneven its a bad job. I told him if it comes off hes going to have to fix it, he said he would but I don't believe him, he should have fix my car right away but he didn't offer to fix it. I paid him almost 1,000 out of my own pocket to fix my bumper, How hard is it to put on a bumper. I would not recommend going to this body shop, they are not trustworthy! read more
