I came across this place through a friend who told me about this new place who had recently open down the street from him and decided to go in for a quick estimate. To my surprise I was greeted with the most FRIENDSLY and HELPFUL employee, who promised me one of the LOWEST PRICE around. After countless hours doing Google searches and getting what seems like thousands of estimation for other collision places, I decided to try my luck with this place. The price was AMAZINGLY LOW and the workmanship was way beyond what I expected. I am extremely satisfied with the paint job and can't even tell that my car was previously in an accident. Brought my Audi here not too long ago and the staff was very kind and Joe treated me like family. Joe answered all of my questions fully and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable leaving my car with them since this was my first time at a collision center. He gave me a great deal and was very passionate about his work which made me feel better about leaving my car with Banh. Was very timely as well. Gave me a run down of how long it would take if everything went well and if there were delays in things such as part availability. He promised me my car would look like it just came off the lot and let me tell you, he delivered. When I pulled up to pick up my wheels, I saw it parked right at the entrance and I couldn't help but smile because my car was looking healthy, pristine and beautiful. I couldn't wait to get behind the wheel after not being able to drive it for over a week. Overall I was impressed with their work and I rank them 5-stars for it. However, the reason why I am giving them 4-stars is because when I turned on my car, before driving off, the air bag light and parking break malfunction light came on. I didn't think too much of it because I thought it would go away after driving it considering it's been a week since it was last driven. Both lights stayed on since I picked it up and had to take it in to the dealership to get it looked at and they told me that the lights were triggered because of the body work that was done to my car. The dealership took care the fault codes and the lights are off but something I'm not getting back is the $150 I spent at the dealership for taking care of this issue. Not a huge price to pay but $150 is $150. Other than this hiccup I highly recommend this place for body work no doubt because of their customer service, timeliness and quality of work. On top of that they detailed my car before handing it over to me, huge plus. Definitely on the top of my list for collision centers of my car ever needs more body work done. Joe treated us as if we were family, he kept us updated on the status of the repairs, answered all questions and took care of any concerns we had. All of the staff were professional and polite. I just had my bumper fixed on my car, it was almost coming off of my car on one side. I saw the great reviews and thought I would give them a try. When I went to pick up my car my bumper was not put on correctly, it was uneven on the same it had damaged. I ask the owner why my bumper wasn't put on even he said because I had damaged I couldn't see. If he know I had damaged he should have called me and told me I had extra damaged so that I could have made the decision to take it to another shop because my insurance wasn't going to pay for it. When I showed him they didn't put it on correctly He laughed and said you can barley see it's uneven. If I can see its uneven its a bad job. I told him if it comes off hes going to have to fix it, he said he would but I don't believe him, he should have fix my car right away but he didn't offer to fix it. I paid him almost 1,000 out of my own pocket to fix my bumper, How hard is it to put on a bumper. I would not recommend going to this body shop, they are not trustworthy! read more
