He arrived on time, did what needed to be done with minimal disruption, and left the job site neat and orderly. This is the experience I had with Premier Refinishing. I deliberately waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to be sure that the refinishing did what I hoped it would do...make my outdated bathroom look more modern. I also wanted to ensure that the paint stuck to the tiles without bubbling or peeling. I'm pleased to say that Sal and his crew exceeded my expectations. Sal provided an accurate quote, his crew arrived on time each day, took great care to maintain a clean work site, and were personable and efficient. When a minor issue arose, Sal showed up ON EASTER DAY to make sure he understood what needed to be corrected and had his team come to me the next business day. As it turns out, the fix was relatively simple. I highly recommend using Premier Finishing based on the professionalism with which they executed the job.

After reading the reviews, I figured this would be a good place to comparison shop. Best decision I could have made!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was an amazing business. Everyone was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Another very important point for me was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. That's a HUGE plus! Long story short, I had received a quote for over $46,000.00 for the cabinets I wanted. This quote did not include any extras like pull out tray/drawers, lazy susans, utensil cabinets next to stove, etc. The price I ended up paying for all of the same cabinets from the original quote from the other guy plus additional cabinets, special pieces, drawer pulls, lazy susan/utensil drawer/pull out trays/drawers, etc. was just under $21,000.00!!! This price was for the exact same manufacturer (Fabuwood) and same exact color as quoted by the other guy...That's a $25,000.00 difference! (If my actual cost seems like a lot please note I got an insane amount of cabinets/pantries, etc.) Also, I don't know how I was so fortunate as to work extensively with Furkhan, but he was incredible throughout the entire renovation process! Despite the fact that I knew what I wanted for our renovations, I knew nothing about the actual process/details. Furkhan was pretty much available 24/7 and spent an endless amount of time with me going over every detail, making sure I didn't miss anything I might need, and answering my never ending questions. He took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the desired results! He also came up with ideas that seemed minor but ultimately made the difference between me really liking my kitchen to absolutely loving it!!! (I still just look at the kitchen when I walk in and smile at the results). Another huge plus was that he worked seamlessly with my contractor and everyone else involved in the project (plumber, appliance place, etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of every aspect of the project. Even when I had a small problem with an outside vendor, he took care of it for me and made sure it was resolved immediately. He kept on top of everything going on and kept me updated accordingly. I cannot possibly thank Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath enough for all their hard work. Everyone who has walked into our house cannot stop talking about how beautiful it is and about the quality of the work! And I can never thank Furkhan enough for his insights and suggestions and handling the project with such professionalism as well as following up on every detail to ensure the incredible results we achieved! I visited rug depot after I had researched the floor I wanted for my new addition and home reno. They were one of the few authorized dealers of this flooring in the area so I came in after work to see the samples. Rodney assisted me and I was blown away at how enthusiastic he was to help me. I'm an indecisive person but he was great at not swaying me one way or the other while giving me great feedback about each sample. I had gone to big name stores before coming here and the experience is completely different.... almost nostalgic. The way it used to be when people were passionate about what they did and truly cared about the product they were selling. At one point I asked if I could borrow some samples to see how they translated in my home and not only did Rodney oblige, he drove them to my house about 15 minutes away himself. This was a much better experience. Denes, the owner, and Cindy were incredibly helpful in guiding me to which types of tile to use where, but as a whole I didn't feel like I needed much help finding anything because of how organized it is in there. This is how visiting a tile showroom should be.
