I've used this service for two disasters in my home. One when I had a slab leak and had 7 days without water. They picked up my laundry and delivered it same day packaged and folded. Two weeks later I had a washer overflow and used many towels and also was without water for days. Again, I called Royal Cleaning and used them twice to do my towels, personal clothing and sheets. I can't say enough about their professionalism, timelines and perfectly washed and folded laundry. Just get on their website and order what you need. They are the best! read more

We have been using Royal Cleaning for many years! We usually have the same girls showing up every other week and they do a great job leaving the house looking and smelling clean. Price has always been reasonable. I highly recommend Michael and his great team! read more

I am so impressed with my service and overall very happy! One area for improvement would be better communication within their team, especially given the language barrier. That said, they are incredibly thorough, and the way they fold household towels and tissue paper is just adorable--your home will look like a hotel! Lol. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. Just have a little patience, as they truly value customer satisfaction and work hard to provide a great experience. read more

Royal is consistently excellent. The team is attentive to every detail. It's the first cleaning service in over 45 years of home ownership that I am 100% happy with. It's been five years since they started cleaning my home and they continue to do top notch work. read more

Absolutely amazing -- Our family has Royal Cleaning come on a regular basis and they are prompt, quick, efficient, and may I mention the sweetest group of cleaners. I don't know if I'll ever be able to go back to not having them, can't beat that freshly cleaned house smell! read more

Not impressed at ALL. $300 to do a thorough cleaning on my new home. The floors are still filthy. I really expected a lot more for what they charged me. Nice enough girls, but its a no for me. I'd never us them again or recommend. read more

This is hands down one of the best and efficient cleaning services I have ever used I got a phone call immediately after inquiring and it was set up in minutes at a great price I will def be using again and wil recommend read more

I hired this service a couple months ago and it was terrific. I didn't think to post a nice review until today when I made the mistake of hiring another company that was just awful. Writing that review me realize I need to also take time to offer online props when a company is great and Royal Cleaning was great. The team of cleaners was fast, efficient, thorough and friendly. I won't stray again. read more

Royal Cleaning does a REALLY GOOD JOB. Normally, I don't like to hire a company, but this is a small family owned business that is really run INCREDIBLY WELL and everyone just knows how to clean. Now, cleaning day makes me SO HAPPY. Over the years, I've had a lot of different cleaning companies in different areas of NJ (Hoboken, Bloomfield, Montclair), and you know how sometimes they just sort of move stuff around but nothing actually seems clean? Other times, they break stuff and hide it? That is NOT THESE GUYS. I tried them when I was having a party and wanted my house cleaned "in a pinch." I haven't looked back in almost five years (had to take a break during COVID). Although I was afraid I let them down, they never let me down, and didn't miss a beat. Even if you have a different team from time to time, they all know exactly what needs to be done, and work so efficiently. They do in a few hours (a huge Montclair home) what it would take me a whole day to do. Mike will take EXCELLENT care of you and your home! I can't recommend Royal Cleaning highly enough! read more

No good Very bad service the only one I collect the money in car and go home no trustable

The team, led by Mike, is excellent. Cleaning houses is a tough business, no one ever does it as well as you can but these folks were thorough, hard working and good to work with. We recently moved and I also used Royal Cleaning for our move out services, a really tough time. They did an excellent job. I better appreciate the quality of service and pricing that Royal Cleaning offers. There were a few hitches over the years we used them (on both sides, always on arrival time never quality of clean) but overall I would recommend Royal Cleaning without reservation. read more

Royal Cleaning is excellent. They always do a fantastic job and everyone has been kind and extremely professional. I luckily found Royal Cleaning after discontinuing 3 other services. I've worked with Royal Cleaning for 3 years and hope they are here forever. Thank you so much Jenny and Mike and everyone!!! read more

Royal cleaning came to my apartment in Verona and did an excellent job! They did my one bedroom apartment in under two hours from top to bottom. My stove was really bad, probably hadn't been clean in at least six weeks and they left it spotless. They were also the lowest quote for a monthly rate that I could find. Which was surprising. I would definitely recommend this company for regular cleanings. I would also like to point out that I hid money in three different spots and it wasn't touched. So they are trust worthy as well. read more

Dealing with Michael and Jenny in the office is always such a pleasure. They are always so accommodating when I need to reschedule or if there's been a schedule mix-up. Not like another cleaning service in the area I used to use. The quality of cleaning varies - I guess it depends on the person that comes over that day - but it's always good to very good. Would definitely recommend. read more

They are awesome - my place is impeccably clean (even my mom says so!) Mike is easy to work with & a really friendly guy

Punctual staff. Reasonable rates. Very thorough cleaning. Both pet and baby friendly. Staff wear uniform shirts which is a plus. This service really aims to please! A++ read more

We have Royal Cleaning come once a month. They do an awesome job. Very satisfied after each cleaning. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly. The cleaners are also super friendly and work quickly but diligently. My cats and dogs love them too which is a plus. I highly recommend Royal Cleaning. read more

This was my first cleaning with Royal today. I have had several companies and horrible service that over the last year I've been doing the cleaning myself. Last week I told my husband that we need to find another company ASAP. I cannot work 12 hour days and do the cleaning. Mike responded to my email within minutes and was able to accommodate my bi weekly Friday without an issue. They even text to confirm the night before. I walked in the house tonight and it was wonderful. Everything was just how I asked and I'm so happy. Thank you to the staff that did the cleaning and to Mike for being so accommodating. read more

Best cleaning service ever, came uniformed and looking professional. I'd have them come clean again any time there is a mess. read more

Great experience all around. Got a prompt reply to my quote request and had someone booked for the very next day. Cleaner showed up right on time, immediately set to work and did a very thorough job - better than even I would have done. We will definitely use Royal again. read more

I hired Royal Cleaning to clean my new home when I moved in. They did an absolute marvelous job. They truly went out of their way to make sure you were 100% satisfied. Highly recommended! read more

Royal Cleaning is awesome. I did a little research and found these great reviews. Now I see why they're so highly rated. Rosanna cleaned my entire apartment and spent considerable time on each room, scrubbing down everything. She was friendly and polite, and took great care of everything she cleaned. During her visit, Mike called me to ask how everything was going. On the call, I was asking a bunch of questions, as it was my first time using his service. He answered everything and then even threw in some extra free cleaning time! I highly recommend Royal Cleaning, they're very professional. I'll be using them again very soon. Mike read more

Very disappointed with the service. Will not recommend to anybody: 1. I asked to have my kitchen cleaned with all the appliances and on a day learnt that I need to pay extra for each appliance (30-40 perc price increase) 2. I reviewed 75perc of cleaned area before making a cash payment. Then after a day, realised that the remaining cabinets were even not touched! I called Royal Cleaning with a complaint which they ignored. Do not want to deal with this company any more read more

The owner said he would come personally to my home. I took off work and waited for him to come. Once they were over a half an hour late i called and he said they were outside of my house in a ford focus. Of course he wasn't so i called back and he said he would be on his way. After waiting for another hour and a half i called back and another employee said the person i was speaking with left for the day and that i would have to reschedule. When i rescheduled they were late again but the two spanish women did a good job sweeping and mopping. For some reason i thought they would do more. Not worth the money unless you are having a specific need done(i.e. cleaning stove). read more

Can't say enough about Royal Cleaning. They provide top notch cleaning and also great customer service. We had some trouble with an appliance post-cleaning and Mike and the team took care of it without hesitation. This is a competitive area for cleaning services and we've worked with several companies, Royal Cleaning is by far the best! read more

Definitely recommend Royal Cleaning. They've been cleaning my home for over two years. They are super thorough and the employees are all so sweet. The owner always follows up with me to make sure everything was done to my likings and done right. I wouldn't have any other company clean my home. read more

Update: 1/21/2020 - I called our oven manufacturer to come and take a look. It was a very simple fix - it was because the cleaner had taken all the oven racks out and had managed to dislodge the side racks, therefore preventing the door from closing fully. Had the cleaner spoke better English and was able to explain what she had done, perhaps I could have saved myself $175 for someone to spend less than 10 seconds "fixing" my oven door. If I had cleaned the oven myself i probably would have realized what the problem was. But I didn't. Oh well. With two young babies, I don't have time to clean thoroughly now. Jenny came to give us a quote and we went through what was going to be done. She was very thorough. I had specially mentioned we didn't want to use Murphy oil on the floor because of the babies always crawling on the floor and Jenny said they could use water and vinegar. Great. The first time they came, they didn't have it and said no one told them. They just had Murphy oil. So I had to go out and get some. My house was cleaned well, better than what I could have done myself but not as good as another company I used. I decided to use Royal Cleaning because they said they provided everything and because they also clean the apartment block I used to live in. I decided to use Royal Cleaning a second time, but I was going to supervise more and tell them what specifically needed cleaning. When I called to schedule I requested again for water and vinegar and was told it would be noted on my account. The second time, only one person showed up and I was told it was going to take 6 hours! This was not communicated to me until they already had all the products inside my home. Two came and then one left. This messed up my plans as I hadn't expected someone in my home twice as long. I needed to make arrangement for someone to pick up my daughter from school which I would have done myself but couldn't. Also, again, no vinegar. Only Murphy Oil. So I had to provide. She did a thorough job but when I went to check the kitchen, I found that my oven door didn't close properly. I asked her about it and because she spoke no English, we couldn't communicate effectively. Using google translate she told me that my husband opened the oven for her and she only cleaned. The second person came back to pick her up and I asked her as she spoke English and all she did was repeat that my husband opened the oven door and nothing was their fault. Then just shrugged and left. I still gave her a $20 tip as she did in fact clean for 6 hours but I had a working oven before she came. I wasn't happy about the no-blame attitude. Probably the last time I will use Royal Cleaning as the other company did a slightly better job and I need to supply my own products anyway. Disappointed it didn't work out. read more

I found Royal Cleaning through the Bloomfield community page on Facebook. Everyone had great things to say about Mike and his team. I called them and so far have been extremely happy. Mike agreed to come to our home in Bergen County (we recently moved out of Bloomfield). He has been stellar with following up, confirming our appointment and was so nice to work with us even though we have a dog. I am soooooo looking forward to returning home tonight to a fresh, clean house. Thank you Mike and team! read more

These guys are great! I have Vicky coming weekly and she cleans my home like her own. They do not waste time and are very fast!

I used Royal Cleaning for 5 years and highly recommend them. They are very thorough & reasonably priced too. They have an outstanding experienced crew who are very respectful of me, my home & my possessions. The kitchen & bathrooms were always spotless. The bedrooms & kids area are always nice and tidy when they are done. I always looked forward to Thursdays. They are flexible with scheduling. They offer many more ad-hoc services that I would occasionally take advantage of as needed such as cleaning my windows in the spring, basement cleaning, garbage pick-up (after we moved & had tons of stuff to toss) and other unique requests. They really are the best and I loved that they are local to Bloomfield, NJ. read more

After the great sewage flood of 2017 (see previous post), Royal Cleaning was kind enough to give me a complimentary cleaning of my apartment. I came home and was almost in tears. The cleaning was only second to my mother's. The soap scum on the shower doors was gone. A LOT of elbow grease went into this. I never had my place professionally cleaned before but from today on, I can say that Royal Cleaning has my business. read more
