When we called our plumber they told us we had to wait four days! There's no way we can wait four days without water. So we did the work ourselves. The problem is we didn't know we had to exchange the old for a new for it to be covered through Moore. Which isn't their fault! We had bought a water heater from HD, then called to get it credited.
