After the plumbers finished, we hired Mr Hurtado to replace the tile and he sent Chris for the job. Chris was very professional and quickly completed the job despite us choosing a more complicated herringbone pattern and border tile. They chose quick setting mortar so they could complete the job in one day. Chris also replaced the baseboards and set our new toilet. The small install was a bit expensive due to the more complex tile, but the overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend Mr Hurtado for your future tile install needs.

I decided it was time to have it professionally restored. After finding Grout Hero on Yelp, I chose them because they seemed like a small, family-owned company. They had a handful of great reviews, and I wanted to give them a chance. The owner came out to my house the very same day to provide an estimate. I showed him exactly what I wanted done, he gave me a fair price, and I decided to move forward. Two days later, he sent one of his technicians to complete the work. The technician did an excellent job, and I am very happy with the final result. I debated between leaving a 4-star or 5-star review for one reason only. The appointment window was scheduled between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM. When 12:05 PM arrived and no one had shown up or contacted me, I sent a text message. The owner replied that the technician should arrive within 35 minutes, but it ended up being about an hour and a half later before he arrived. That said, once he got there, he was polite, professional, and did outstanding work. He spoke very little English, but that didn't matter to me because the quality of his work spoke for itself. So, it's 5 stars for the technician who completed the job and 4 stars for the office communication. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work and would use Grout Hero again.

He also left a gap by the walls that was wider than the baseboard, so now I have to put shoe molding down too. Left his kids here one day while he ran out somewhere, presumably to another jobsite. The drywall is where everything fell apart, those two were completely unprofessional and their work was subpar at best. They left their lunch trash and cigarette packs wherever they happened to be standing. One of them apparently needed to take a half hour bathroom break in my master bath instead of the guest bath, which was an absolutely delightful experience for my wife who was essentially stuck in the master bedroom watchin our dogs till they left. I ended up telling them to leave, I wont let them back in my house. If you do use them, buy your own supplies. I gave him $100 in cash to pickup grout, he came back having "lost the receipt" that we found laying in the floor after he left where they bought a bunch of crap and didn't reimburse anything. I seriously doubt I'll ever see a dime of the money I paid to have the drywall done even though the job was never completed by them.

He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. This will be a bit of an extensive write up so if you don't want to read; Overall Daniel did…read moreamazing work, would absolutely hire him again to do more jobs! The project I had done started a couple months back when I was researching pricing on having concrete poured from the back to the front yard, with a pad to store my garbage cans and any other items on the side of the house, as well as stone edging that matched the front of the house to go along the perimeter of the sidewalk. I had an estimated range of pricing I would be happy with for the amount of concrete and the overall scope of work to be done. Several contractors came out to give me quotes but Daniel was the only one who showed up at the time we had scheduled, which is very much appreciated. We talked about the scope of work, materials required and the timeframe for getting everything done. The pricing for the project was within the range I had researched before so I decided to go ahead and sign on with Daniel for the job. The concrete pour was a single day job. Daniel and his crew showed up in the morning to get all the prep work done and were very accommodating to some of the minor changes that I wanted to implement to the final design. Once that was done it was time to pour, which went about as smoothly as it could've gone. Finally we got the materials required to have the stonework done for the edging on the sidewalk. The materials were delivered to the house the day before and Daniel was again on time the next day to get the project done. We again talked about a couple minor changes to the final design (part of which was suggested by one of his crew) and this was another single day job. Daniel was able to come by the house and clean up everything from the project before I started getting issues from my lovely HOA. Again, overall Daniel did an amazing job, I'm particular about the work done on my house and he was very accommodating with any changes or issues I had.
