Absolutely love their bacon cheeseburger and fries! I only thing I hate about this location is the parking is a nightmare.

Great burgers and usually friendly place. Yet I am always angry on the fact of the cost of the fries and coke, which outweighs the cost of fast food vs a restaurant visit. Shameful a company still using 90's tactics of overcharging scam on the added items, $4 fries and almost $3 drinks. I tried to eat here, but parking at this location is almost nonexistent. Parking would have been less of an issue if I would've been able to temporarily park in a "spot" and pick up my online order. Online ordering, however, was temporarily shut off. I drove 15 minutes and after 5 minutes of circling the parking lot I left. Doubtful I'll make the drive again. read more

A little pricey for a restaurant that has you order and pick up at the counter. They should season the meat and this place might really rock. Holy crap! This was the most expensive burger lunch we have ever had! Two burgers, one fry, two drinks, over 25 bucks! I don't know what the layout is at other Five Guys locations, but this one must have been designed under the influence. The area where you self-serve your condiments and grab napkins and straws was situated directly across from the large trashcan at the narrowest point of the restaurant. People could not pass through easily. And, while it was busy at noon, one of the drink machines was out of order. And, while I'm at it, I may as well comment on how ridiculously heavy the women's restroom door was! I don't think a small, elderly woman could have opened it without assistance. The burgers were tasty, but the fries were too salty. All in all, not that impressed, and I won't be going back. read more

Great burger place. The lil cheeseburger is awesome and big enough for an adult. The bacon dog is extremely good, they slice the hotdog and grill them and load it up with bacon. Love the soda machine and like it that they have peanuts to eat while you wait. I do think it's interesting that they have a sign up that changes daily on where their "today's Potatoes" come from. I sent my husband in to get us food, service was good food was great of.course. but i didnt not like the fact the guy we ordered from was abit rude about the size fries my husband ordered. I've loved the one in Des Peres for a few years and am so happy they put one in St. Charles. Their burgers and fries are always fantastic. Just beware if you have peanut allergies because they do fry the fries in peanut oil. I like that it doesn't take too long to get in and out of too. My wife and I ate at Five Guys this afternoon and we thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the servuce was great, also. She had the cheeseburger and I had the burger with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and ketchup. Delicious! I love having the ability to add so many accompanying ingredients/condiments...The list is huge! And the fries were to die for...,they were cooked to perfection, with just the perfect compliment of salt and seasonings. We went here around lunch time and it wasn't too busy which was nice and the cashier was very friendly. When I didn't get my milkshake with my order, they didn't act inconvenienced when I went up and asked for it. Burgers are OK, not fantastic like some are writing. High price for a burger. The Fries are dry, tasteless, to lazy to remove the skin from the potato. Great dipping sauce, plain catsup, big deal.
