I ordered food via ubereats and have regretted it. The burger and fries were so greasy that I got an immediate stomach ache and then at 3am was woken up with food poisoning like symptoms. The food was tossed in the bag and the burger wrappers had tears exposing it to the bag and whatever else touched my burger. The fries were tossed in the bag without care and got everything greasy. It was disgusting!! I recommend if you want a delicious burger you go to American Kitchen. Same price and no tummy ache. I was introduced to five guys on the east coast and was pretty impressed and I am glad they have made it to Spokane - gives us just a bit more cred, since we got 5 Guys and Chipotles. Anyhow you seem to get people who try to compare FG with In-N-Out and being a California native I must side with the 5G lovers on this one. There really is no comparison though, INO focuses on cheapness, err excuse me great value and simplicity, while 5G focuses on much larger (beefier) burgers and a plethora of toppings. Pro-Tips * A little hamburger is pretty big, and add all the toppings you want. * The worst part of 5G is the bun, it will start to fall apart so get plenty of napkins and try to eat in the foil. (They really need to work on this.) * A small French fry can feed three people * If you go alone skip the fries, if you are very hungry get the double burger. * Immediately take your French fries out of the bag otherwise they will steam and get limp *Order fries Cajun style - yummy Bottom line: One of the better national burger joints and well worth a trip to try them out. read more

The burgers are fresh and tasty. There are a number of options including tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onions, and a variety of toppings. These burgers are hard to beat. The buns are mediocre and get soggy from the hamburger. The French fries are the best! They are thick and fresh cut. They are served in an overly full cup in a paper bag to hold the bunch that don't fit in the cup. Peanuts are available to much on before, during, and after the meal. Service is good and surprisingly fast. They serve the usual push-button soft drinks. My one big, and it is very big, complaint is the music. Loud is an understatement. The music is deafening making it difficult to carry on a conversation. I have asked several times to have it turned down. They did once. The burgers and fries are top-notch. I was overcharged by $40, I also found bone chips in my hamburger meat, and felt like I broke a tooth on the little bacon burger. I truly was blown away that 4 burgers, frys, and 4 chocolate shakes with 1 hot dog could cost $93.00. I will never go back. I'm used to Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Alexandria, VA (outside DC).... VERY happy to see that Spokane now has a real burger joint. If your in the mood for a REAL burger, this is the place to head to. Fresh ingredients and good food. This place is great. The actual resturant is awesome it has one of those coca-cola machines that has a ton of different flavors (i got cherry coke wich was delicous). There also is peanuts that you can eat while you wait for your food. I do not recomend coming here if you have a peunut allergy. Now lets move on to the food. I ordered a cheese dog and it wasnt too great in fact it was kind of gross. But the fries were the best fries i have ever had! So this is definitely one of the best places in town because of the fries. The other food is ok ive heard the hot dogs are gross. But again the fries are good. To wrap up this review i would say that five guys is a pretty good place to eat, would be better if the hot dogs were a higher quality though. Four Stars read more

I came here after hearing such great things about their burgers and fries (Especially the fries). My wife and I ate the normal size bacon cheeseburgers (2 patties) and I can say overall I am not impressed. The meat was decent quality, and so was the veggies, but I could find a better burger cheaper from the 'premium' selections at any fast food joint. There was so much grease on my burger that it started cooling into little grease-sicles off the burger and cheese. The fries that were so raved about were nothing special. Well I'll start out with saying, the Cajun fries where very good, as expected. With that said I'm still very disappointed with this Five Guys restaurant... I wanted to show my fiancé this amazing burger joint, but to say the least it was nothing like the Five Guys in Redding, CA. Not only did the squashed bun look unappetizing, but I couldn't imagine that they would have lowered their beef quality to such an extent. Way over priced! My daughter had already eaten. So, she just got a soda and had some of my fries. I had a small single patty hamburger, large fries and a drink. The total for this was $14.31. We could have gone to Red Robin for a burger twice the size and bottomless fries for the same amount. The food tasted good but cost the same as a place with a better atmosphere. Blaring music - most too hard to listen too and cold, sterile place. Between the cook yelling out the orders that were ready and cleaning person pushing metal chairs along floor. I love Five Guys! Definitely the best burger in Spokane. I get the small burger, which is plenty big enough for an adult. Their ingredients are always fresh and the food is made to order, so its never cold. I also think its cool that they have a soda fountain that allows you to select your drink and mix in flavors on your own. visited last weekend, Saturday evening around 7pm, order number 41. when ordering i found the music very very loud. i had to ask the little guy taking our order (who was masked and with a plexiglass barrier between us. which i support one hundred percent) "what did you say?" i guess that is taboo, as when taking our cash he said out of the blue, loudly and unfriendly like, "WHAT DID YOU SAY!" i replied "i didn't say anything???" there were a few orders being filled at that time, and i mentioned to my dining partner how delicious the burgers looked, and we were in for a treat. our order took forever, and was put together like sh*t. the regular size fry was about half as big as the small we got two weeks previous close to our home. burger buns were smashed to hell, and cold. burgers were luke warm. ingredients placed sloppy, not centered. while the music was too loud, i enjoyed every tune played. food was the same hit and miss. tasted fine, and filled two empty stomachs without any negative after effects. if it had been properly prepared i wouldn't think twice about the $26 tab. as it was, a couple of stouffer's frozen entree's cooked in our local area motel microwave would have been a better choice. friendlier too. read more

This is another restaurant i like to go to. I love how you can have an all-you-can-eat peanut area and i love the fries. This is also the first restaurant i went to that has a bulletin board for comments and pictures. When i used to go there in spokane it was near the petco but then one dah they moved the store. We havent been there since. I just found out today where it is now located. Its a great restaurant but i have only eaten 2 types of foods here. When i used to go here my parents would order a burger for themselves and they would give me the fries. While i waited i chowed down on peanuts. I used to make a mess but then i cleaned it up afterwards just so the staff could have a cleaning break and because i have respect for this restaurant. The food is cooked slowly and you can see into the kitchen and see what everyone is doing but at least you can get free peanuts while you wait I also get drinks here. This is the first Five Guys I ever had a bad experience at. The place was not clean and the crew was more interested in goofing off than serving the customers. My order was not prepared correctly and took far too long to make with only three customers including myself. Came here via request of my boyfriend for his half hour lunch. Placed an order with the app to be READY by 7:45. I showed up at 7:36, and waited until 8:01 for my food. Not only did this make me late for his lunch, but the fries were over cooked and tasted old. They were heavily over seasoned/salted, and one if my toppings was forgotten. My boyfriend also had to immediately use the bathroom upon returning to work from his lunch. One star for the friendly staff. As someone who works customer service for a living, this is totally unacceptable. I expected to pick my food up, not wait an extra 15 minutes for it, and have half of it uneatable. read more

Walked right in at dinner hour - no line, no wait. That was a good thing. BUT, not what we were expecting for the price. OK food - nothing great and WAY too expensive for what you get. Just paying for the name! The "background" music was so loud I couldn't hear my daughter talk! Why not go to a bar instead! The kitchen is wide open - we could see all the people in back dancing and singing to the music - don't know if they were really paying attention to what they were doing.
