Wow! I love to support local establishments, but you all have lost me, my family & any friends I can tell. Unbelievable, terrible experience. There is a reason why some of us order curbside during the current situation of COVID-19. Don't take online orders & make customer wait in their vehicle 20mins after the order was due....only to have to call 3 TIMES to have the order brought curbside----and then it's brought out COLD. Then the entire reason for ordering curbside is blown all to "heck" .... have to go inside only to not be greeted by an apology ;especially after giving a nice cash ti, but to be greeted with skepticism. Happy as heck to support local businesses, but that was the last straw with your restaurant, to many bad experiences.

    Happy customer! Lol

Love the service and hot burger and tons of fries!! They have the mastered concept of all the high fluting burger places with simplicity and value. This location is located in villages of west highland right behind orange theory fitness. It's clean and they greet you when you walk in the door. You place your order and they cook it fresh for you! A few bucks later you get hot seasoned fries with a burger and toppings to the max! You may want to call first they are temporarily closed for remodeling

This is the worst Five Guys I've been too, as far as the front customer service... As I was placing my order the lady takes a cellphone call and says to her co worker "finish her" HILARIOUS!!! So by this time I'm confused as to what I already told her to go on the burger the new lady says "you already said that"... COMEDY! Then I go to the soda machine and they are out of all fruit beverages! Now I have my food, the burger is great (2 stars) the fries are hard. Lastly as I'm sitting down to eat I hear them call a number (the guy after me). The manager is at the register with the guy, she yells "He's right here he don't want it, y'all taking too long". As she's refunding the guy I hear her chastising the adult men cooks in the back!! SMH I thought an episode of pulled was being filmed!!

    Inside.

When it comes to fast food, Five Guys makes some of the best burgers. This Five Guys is located in Smryna's West Village development. Other restaurants in this community include Crepe Revolution, Lime Taqueria, L'Thai West, McCray's, and Blue Moon. The ingredients at Five Guys are fresh, from the beef to the potatoes to the toppings. Everything is cooked-to-order in their open kitchen so you can see your burger and fries being prepared from scratch. The burgers here are huge. Regular burgers come standard with two beef patties. The "little" burgers are still plenty big and are commonly equivalent to a regular burger elsewhere (see my photo of the little cheeseburger: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/SlfZitNHYMSuuNqcPPSDDQ?select=L8vnPI70qNCqhr416hboeA). Depending on your preference of cheese and bacon, little hamburgers start at $3.69 and go up to regular bacon cheeseburgers at $6.59. All toppings are free and they have a lot to choose from including: grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, relish, jalapenos, green peppers, A1 steak sauce, BBQ sauce, and hot sauce. I usually get my burgers loaded all the way. Fries come regular or Cajun-style (spicy seasoning). A regular cupful of fries ($2.99) is good enough for two people. Large ($5.09) is good enough for a small group. I've yet to try a hot dog or sandwich (grilled cheese sandwich), but I've seen them and they look mighty tasty. At the counter of any Five Guys is a large boxful of complimentary shelled peanuts. You can scoop as many as you want into your bag or tray. Eating big amounts of these peanuts usually creates a large mess. Drinks are self-serve out of the fountain machines (Coke products only). They also have sweet tea. Service is usually fast and efficient and the store is clean. Open seven days a week, 11am to 10pm.

    Little bacon cheeseburger. Little fries.

We both thought the food was great, no complaints. I would say probably the best burger I've had in a minute. The person on the box was very friendly and provided excellent customer service when taking our order. Then when pulling around they double checked that everything was correct and sent us on our way. I would definitely recommend. Enjoy.

I opted out of the arugula that comes on it by default. I also got their mac n' cheese, and a chocolate shake. It may be the way their brisket blend always is, but the burger patty was a bit tough or overcooked compared to what I'm used to with a standard Angus beef burger or steak burger. It also lacked seasoning, but was saved by the goat cheese and jam. The bun was ok, and it was very messy as 3 of my 4 fried green tomatoes slid out immediately along with a healthy portion of goat cheese and jam. I ate at their outdoor seating area so no biggy, but I definitely wouldn't eat this in your car. However, the fried green tomatoes were very good. The mac n cheese was mediocre and the chocolate shake was good but had an overpowering flavor of Hershey's syrup. Even though it was very busy between the cars at the drive thru and delivery drivers waiting for order pickups, my meal came out in about five minutes. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I've eaten burgers all over the world and I would recommend the visit, but it doesn't rank anywhere near my top 25. Since this was my first visit I plan on returning a couple more times soon so I can try other burger options and update my review if I experience anything different. Burger: 3.7/5 (the toppings carried it) Mac n cheese: 2.5/5 Shake: 3.5/5 Note: No indoor seating. Outside seating available.

I had never tried their food before but read some reviews and figured it was worth a try. Their website offered easy ordering in advance so we didn't have to time it out the day of. We ended up going for 100 wings which came with 4 different flavors. We opted for honey hot, medium, lemon pepper wet and hot teriyaki, but then the website made us choose flavors for 5 random wings? Confusing lol, but I did it so we could complete the order. For 100 wings, he ended up paying about $103 after taxes. Not too bad! I wasn't there when he picked up the order but they did text and email him in advance to confirm that the order was ready, and even called him to be sure he knew they were ready for pickup. When he returned with the wings, it was a huge tray that included the wings separated by dividers as well as some celery. The wings weren't huge but they worked. The varied flavors were delicious - the lemon pepper wet were my favorites! They also included a bunch of small ranch/blue cheese cups on the side. Such a smooth ordering process and a delicious bunch of wings - will definitely order again.

I'd sent it to my better half and he said, "let's go." OK... it's a hole in the wall in a strip center. But you know that sometimes those places are absolutely wonderful. And this was one of those times. From the time we walked in, we were welcomed. The lady working the front went through the menu... explained the options and even told us about options that weren't listed. I decided on the Heat Combo... the hubby decided on the Regular Combo. You're going to find that everything is made to order. So nothing just sitting around. The sandwiches are what I'd call burritos in a bun. Wrapped in foil and then paper. We were warned to keep the foil on... And with good reason! These are not sit in the car and eat sandwiches. They're moist... they're juicy and DELICIOUS! Now, I got the one called the Heat. It was not overly spicy but had a good level of heat. I was told if you like it spicy, just ask for hot sauce. I'm kinda torn by that because the general flavor of the sandwich is really good and wouldn't want to cover that up. The Combo comes with thick potato wedges. They were good and neither of us were able to finish all of them. They have some side dipping sauces I want to try next time. We opted to dine in. The dining room is a bit small and standard. There are only about 4 or 5 tables. But, it's clean (spotless clean) and does the trick. I imagine if it's busy it can get quite full. Honestly... this style of food is pretty unique to the Metro. It's not quite a Philly Restaurant... it's not quite a traditional Chili Shop... It's more of what you'd see with a "loose meat" restaurant from the Midwest. But whatever you think it is, it works. And we'll be back!

Great service and great food. Highly recommend. I will be back to try additional dishes very soon.read more

The food was excellent, the drinks were on point, and our waitress did an awesome job handling such a large party. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of all night. After dinner, we decided to check out the speakeasy through the freezer door--Eleanor's--and unfortunately, that's where the experience took a turn. The atmosphere itself was nice--semi-dark with a cool concept--but it could definitely lean more into a darker, more immersive speakeasy vibe. The bigger issue, though, was the service. It was night and day compared to upstairs. The waitress came across as rude and unwelcoming from the start. A few of us sat down in a small corner area with an L-shaped bench and some extra chairs we had to pull over ourselves. Obviously, with 12 people, there was no way we were all fitting there, yet she insisted she wouldn't take any drink orders until everyone was seated. That made no sense, especially since there was standing room and even a bar-height table available. To make matters worse, there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday--not even a simple "happy birthday," which felt like a missed opportunity given the occasion. When we asked about Fireball shots, the response was a blunt "um, no," followed by "you can have water," as she started filling glasses. That pretty much summed up the vibe we got. Not sure if this is typical service down there or just an off night, but it was enough to make us decide we wouldn't come back to the speakeasy. Bottom line: If you're in the area, definitely check out Muss & Turner's for dinner--it's worth it. But I'd skip Eleanor's and save your time and money.

The other table appeared visibly distressed and were clearly trying to keep to themselves. Staff initially tried to calm things down and keep everyone there. I use the unkind app but it was not working so could not use it to pay. The hostess said it was an ongoing issue. Let's discuss the food. My coworker enjoyed her Haitian patties. She said the island slaw was really good. The side salad is the house salad. I asked for balsamic dressing when given the option. There was none on that salad. Sigh. The oxtail were good. They were very well seasoned and had a good flavor. The rice and beans were good but not enough. The rice could have been cooked a tad bit longer. It wasn't fine bur like 1 minute when have been perfect. I did not dine in but it looked nice inside. There was a decent amount of people there. It was clean and nicely decorated. I would eat here again but I didn't like the price difference in the oxtails or lack of salad dressing. I think dining there those issues could have been addressed but I was back at work.
